Why can’t I connect the headset with controller?/Headset doesn’t work?
Confirm if you are in Bluetooth Mode or 2.4GHz Mode. The 2.4GHz dongle cannot be connected in Bluetooth mode. You need to switch to 2.4GHz mode.

Make sure the (Headset Volume) on the Xbox console is set to maximum. When using the headset for the first time, the default volume on the console is 80%. And please insert the dongle tightly and fully.

Confirm the settings on the Xbox console, whether the microphone sound is turned up to the maximum at the (Headset chat mixer)? Adjust the game sound and chat sound to the center to make them be balanced. Assure the microphone is properly plugged in
While connecting, headset sound got noise or echoes?
Make sure the transmitter is fully inserted into the controller. If the transmitter is not fully inserted, there will be significant electrical noise in the headset.

Works great and easy to use!
Bought as a gift for my grandson and he uses it constantly. Said it was easy to hook up to his Xbox, sound is awesome (his words) and holds a charge for a long time. Comfortable to wear for long periods of time-him being all day. Great quality for an affordable price. Shipping was quick and came in a sturdy box. Instructions were simple.

Cushioned around the ears for comfortability and great fitting headset. Decent noise cancelling which allows me to better focus on the in game noise around me. Very easy to connect initially and automatically connects when my Xbox series X console and controller are turned on. Feels a bit cheaply made but still very durable from my experience. Volume could be a little bit louder in my opinion but no complaints otherwise. Overall a great product at great price and I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality headset at a budget price.

Great headset that works on multiple platforms
Bought this item for our son so he can do that fortnite thing with his friends. I play games every now and then and this headset is pretty solid, especially for the price. We went with this one based on the price and all the positive reviews and this headset has already lasted longer than other more expensive ones we have used before. Look, these aren’t beats, but this headset has no major flaws. Yeah, its plastic but it works with the xbox, it works with the PC, and it works with phones. The battery life seems pretty good as we haven’t had the headset run out before we got tired of playing games. Also nice the charging port is USB-C so it charges fast and uses the same cord as most electronics now. The volume dial on the side is a nice addition as well so you get a bit more flexibility on the fly without having to dink around with the sound settings on the console or PC. The dongle is a bit cheapy and is likely the first part to give out. The USB cable nests in the bottom when not in use, but when in use, the dongle definitely dangles by the cord. This headset already beats the “shell” off the other turtle named brand we had before.

Not bad for the price
For $50 I knew there were gonna be some cost cutting especially with it being wireless, the pros are it charges via usb c, speakers are decent quality, the microphone I wasn’t expecting much but it was actually really good no echoing, and in Xbox chat people could hear me clearly, I love the mute button on my old headset you flipped the mic to mute it after a couple months the flip to mute broke and it stopped working so I love the mute being an actual switch. The cons the ear cups don’t have enough padding so in long sessions they start to hurt the ears, if you wear glasses these aren’t the best option, the plastic is cheap and you can tell compared to other headphones I’ve owned like rig or turtle beach. Overall not bad for the price and being Bluetooth I can use them with my phone too.

Works great, as expected
This was a great replacement for my old xbox chat headset. It’s wireless, Bluetooth connect, which is great as my cat tore the cord on the xbox chat headset. In game chat quality is great, no echos. The headphones are very comfortable and block out any external noise. Being able to hear in game background noise is great also, and I keep from bothering other household members while gaming. Volume and mute controls are easy to use as well. Highly recommend.

Later edit: everything was indeed fixed, thank you Amazon customer service and the headphones remain very useful.Original:The original order came without the dongle. The dongle is essential for connecting to a gaming controller which was the main intention for these originally. Amazon customer service kindly told me they’d order a replacement and when I asked if I needed to return the original pair they said no. I’d been hoping the missing dongle could just be sent separately. The replacement pair came with the needed part and I do clarify that the products themselves are fine, they work fine and the headphones also connect easily to Bluetooth for phone use. It is a good product by itself. Beware if you received your order without the essential part because after being told we didn’t have to return the one that came without the part we were still double charged. It’s now February 1 and we’ve been trying to get the refund for the double charge unsuccessfully (original order was from the Autumn), hopefully this latest contact (4 total) with customer service is the charm because each time they say they fixed it. If all you want is wireless headphones for your phone/Bluetooth it wouldn’t matter if the dongle arrived. The headphones and dongle themselves are satisfactory products.
