Great price and better product
I’m impressed with this controller’s performance. The customizable lighting is a nice touch, and the USB charging is a great alternative to batteries. My only complaint, and it might just be a matter of getting used to it, is the placement of the trigger buttons on the underside. I sometimes accidentally press them while playing, which triggers the A button unexpectedly.

What a Joke
If I could give negative stars I would. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and requested a replacement when the controller started acting funny, but still, it has just turned out to be an expensive piece of junk. For 55$ I could have got the branded controller and not had to fuss with returns and defects. The controller will just start scrolling or selecting the wrong choices. The headphone jack is garbled and cuts in and out so it is extremely hard to communicate with online players. This was a serious disappointment and a waste of a Christmas present. My husband is a gamer and I have never seen a controller act this way and be completely useless.

It works great but if you are watching anything on Xbox it fast forwards it then pauses it when it times out and turns off…kinda weird

Great little controller. Nothing super fancy but made very well.. I mean… as long as you’re not a rager lol at that point nothing is truly safe.

I was concerned, because it was mailed in a paper mailer and when I opened it, the lid was open on the box, the box was torn, a corner was crushed and the dongle was out of the box, loose inside the mailer. Fortunately, the dongle wasn’t broken and the controller was packaged in bubble wrap with stick bumpers, for added protection. It took awhile to fully charge it up before use. Set up couldn’t be any easier. Plug and play. It feels great in your hands too. I mainly use it for gaming and streaming on my Xbox One. I’ve not had any issues gaming with it, BUT it’s a bit frustrating when trying to stream. The controller will “time out” and shut off. When it does, it pauses your show. So then you have to turn it back on to unpause. So, to stop that from happening, we turn the controller off, which is super annoying if you are streaming something like Bluey on Paramount and have to do this every 7 minutes to continue to the next episode. So, I definitely recommend this for gaming, but not for streaming. Id like to add, the buttons on the underside of the controller take some getting used to. Their placement is a bit in the way and are easily pushed when you aren’t trying to. If you set it on a soft surface, like bed, pillow etc, they easily get pushed as well. So, just be aware.
