Excellent key touch and response with both 2.4 G and Bluetooth and great space saving
I purchased this mechanical key switch keyboard because I am looking for a better typing experience. I have been using a similar wired keyboard earlier, but I now need one with wireless connection to meet my workspace adjustments. I am also looking for a keyboard with a separate numeric keypad but not too bulky. This Taiahiro keyboard fits the bill. I also want a keyboard with back lit keys. I was not looking for a wireless mouse, but I am glad that it comes with one. I have been using the wireless mouse that comes with the keyboard, and it has been working great thus far. I also like the ability of this keyboard to connect in three different ways: Bluetooth, wired, 2.4 G connections. This provides me many possibilities to use this keyboard that I have not considered before. When the keyboard arrived, I was able to connect through 2.4 G and USB C cable, but I was unable to connect it through Bluetooth. I contact the tech support of the company, and they responded promptly and helped me to diagnose the problem. After deciding that the keyboard might be defective, they immediately sent me a replacement, which I received a few days later. I am very please with the product, and I particularly like the feel of the key touch. Together with the prompt service and support, I would rate this product 5 stars.

Toss the supplied batteries ASAP they leaked after a month.
I like the keyboard. Had a desk at two facilities at work for a while and wanted a mechanical keyboard. My main keyboard was a 10keyless and I rarely use the number pad, but sometimes it was nice so I decided to give this keyboard a shot. Considered the mouse a bonus. I am back down to just one facility and have yet to decide which keyboard will be my permanent as we’re about to play musical desks soon.First, I’ll get the mouse out of the way. It was super light, and cheap feeling. It did work fine, but after if your PC goes into sleep mode the mouse becomes unresponsive. You have to lift it, turn off the power switch, then turn it back on to reconnect. Every time… Thankfully I have a mouse I travel with, and just kept this for a backup. Shortly after I started to use it a coworker also started working at two facilities and didn’t have a mouse. I loaned it to her for a few months until she no longer needed to commute back and forth. When I took the mouse back I noticed the provided batteries had leaked and essentially ruined the mouse. In the trash it went. A shame because it doesn’t hurt to have a backup lying around.On to the keyboard. The keys are super loud and clacky, so if that’s not your thing, look for a quieter keyboard. This doesn’t bother me, RIP the ears of my office neighbors :). The keys have a decent feel and throw for the cost ($42.79 at time of purchase). My only true gripe is the spacing. I hit the left arrow key when I mean to hit the right CTRL key, and I hit the right arrow key when trying to hit the 0 on the numpad. Just took some getting used to.The wireless works decent and the battery lasts as decent time and is simple to recharge. I found the low battery light just enough to catch my attention so I don’t get stuck with a dead keyboard.Overall I am happy with the keyboard which was the main reason for the purchase. The mouse is meh, and the batteries were a joke!

Solid keyboard, lighting could be better.
I bought this keyboard for the purposes of PC gaming, and I’m pretty happy with my choice. It’s my first mechanical keyboard, and I love it. It’s very smooth, solid, and has that delightful clickity-clack you’d expect from a mechanical keyboard. The battery life has been great, but it also comes with a fairly long USB C charging cable.The package also has a wireless mouse, while not as substantial as the keyboard, it gets the job done. I do wish the mouse was rechargeable like the keyboard, but at least it’s a single AA battery.The RGB features aren’t the greatest. They’re not very bright, as others have mentioned, and there isn’t a whole lot of customization/configuration options right out of the box (I think it’d be cool to have the options of single color or multi color) so I just keep the backlight off.I did have some issues initially with an unresponsive key, and support was fantastic and sent a replacement in less than 48 hours (if you need support with this item, contact the manufacturer NOT Amazon support). Honestly the first keyboard was still fantastic despite that 1 unresponsive key. The replacement works great, Support has been super responsive and eager to fix the issues, and for the cost I feel I got more than I paid for (Product + experience). 10/10, would recommend this keyboard.

THE MOUSE DOES NOT HAVE BLUETOOTH
So, the keyboard is pretty good so far. Can’t really speak for the battery life, but it was pretty easy to connect after I realized that you only have to hold Fn + Q OR Fn + W OR Fn + E (not all 3 at the same time). But now the set is functionally useless to me because the mouse can ONLY connect via the 2.4G dongle. I needed a bluetooth set because I have too many peripherals on my work computer and don’t have room for an additional dongle.

Clicky noise and quality feeling.
I received this combo 30 min ago. the clicking sound is quite satisfying so If you like clicky, sturdy feeling keyboards this is for you. It’s feels like quality, it’s heavy and doesn’t move like some plastic ones ive used.Turns out the item was defective and I returned it.After the return, the company reached out and made it right. Their goal to achieve high standards in customer service over profits is something I can stand by. If you purchase any product from this seller, rest assured they’ll do everything to make it an enjoyable experience.
