Works Great
This is an awesome product and does exactly what its intended for. easy to connect and works immediately. Makes text chat much easier and quicker. This keyboard is also rechargeable so that’s a plus.I would recommend this product.

Good first impression. Very light weight. Needs improvement in practicality.
So at first use, setting it up was super simple. Instructions were clear. It hooks up to the remote very nicely. There’s no play or looseness around it. Feels nice in the hand and it doesn’t get in the way. The buttons are also good. They make a click sound when you push them. And they are not too small. The letters however are a bit small, especially the blue colored ones they use for the secondary functions. They’re kinda hard to read. They should’ve used green or orange. The blue just blends in with the black keys. When in use the keys are fast and there’s no lag that I noticed. The blue tooth pairing is virtually instant and as it turns out you don’t have to plug in the keyboard into the remote to use it. Which is probably how I’m going to use it because of one quirk which is pretty annoying. When plugged in, the audio jack steals your sound from the TV and it comes out the little speaker in the back. That means you have to go into the settings every time and switch to HDMI out if you want the sound from the tv. Even more annoying is that when you want to use Bluetooth headphones, you have to go back into settings and switch that to headphones. So I don’t even bother plugging the thing into the remote. Which is really lame since I was hoping to use it that way. Oh well, maybe their next version they’ll figure out how to fix that quirk. Over all I’ll continue to use this as it’s very handy even if it’s a little awkward to hold on it’s own.

Poorly designed
This piece of equipment works for what I need it for, typing in Minecraft. But I wish I had just spent the same amount of money on a regular keyboard.First, let’s talk about the quality. The minimalistic labelling and placement of the keys feels wonky and difficult to read. The plug in to my controller is looking for a reason to snap off. The sound quality is worse than my grandfather’s snoring machine, and the plastic is so lightweight and brittle, I’m afraid it will explode if I drop my controller. Which lets be real, who hasn’t.Secondly the features. It requires a power switch to be turned on, and connected via Bluetooth, rather than utilizing the direct plug into the controller, making it annoying to use every single time. I’m constantly bumping the switch and shutting it off, then going into my settings to reconnect the Bluetooth. As mentioned before, the speaker sounds like a water damaged gramophone down the hall, and is the ONLY available audio coming from my TV when the device is plugged in, and turned on. The bulky framework means I’m unlikely to plug headphones into this wobbly device that is plugged into my other device. The uncomfortable bulk feels like I’m gaming with a shoebox.In short, this item takes advantage of the one reason people buy it, then adds a load of unnecessary inconveniences that successfully help fight my gaming addiction. It works! But you can just plug in a regular keyboard to most consoles.

Super easy to set up and removes easily when not needed. I also love that it has a power switch so it dosen’t drain the controllers battery when not in use!
