Amazing Customer Service!
Going four years strong! I love checking in on my cat while I am at work and this camera allows me to do that easily. I also like to know if maintenance is coming through my apartment.The app is easy to use and I like to use the personalized recording schedules to start and end the camera while I am at work; I have it scheduled to be off during the weekends and at night when I get home so I do not get the alerts. I do not get the subscription though. It records 5 second clips that save for 24 hours. This is enough for what I need at the moment.I did have an issue with the app last week (I was singed out for some reason). I emailed them and received a response within 24 hours. My issue was resolved quickly, so I did not respond back to the email. Wansview actually contacted me back to check in to make sure my issue was resolved. I thought I would be doing them a favor not responding to cut back on their emails. Finally a product with awesome customer service!! Definitely recommend!

Delightful First Experience with Wansview
This purchase was my first purchase of a Wansview product – EVER!! I must say that I am pleased with the device size, the ease of connectivity, and general functionality of he camera.I wish that the camera console’s movement precision would be a little more delicate and quieter, but that’s a small issue by comparison.I recently had a service issue, which I resulted in emailing Wansview’s service team.I want to thank Ms. Fannie from the Wansview service team for her prompt response and guidance through troubleshooting a reset and lack of reconnection to tether back to my phone issues.I really appreciate the motion sensor while I’m away and the allowance of verbal communication via the app.I will most likely continue to purchase Wansview cameras with improved or added assets to their newer devices. :o)

Great camera!
The camera is great! Just get it you won’t be disappointed!Customer service was very helpful, unfortunately I am not able to use the cloud as I’d like because it forces you to use PayPal but even when I’d try to use PayPal It wouldn’t let me! It was a whole hot mess and I just gave up on it. But other than that the quality is amazing! The picture and response of the camera is also amazing! You can talk through the camera and the audio is so clear! My camera picks up even any detection of light in my room. Night vision is clear. This camera turns with the motion that it detects! Love it! Just get it! Set up was simple!

I recently purchased the Wansview Security Camera, and I’m extremely pleased with its performance! The HD video quality is fantastic, and while I did encounter a hiccup during the setup, I reached out to their customer service, and Fannie was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. The setup ended up being quick and easy after that. I love the two-way audio feature, which allows me to communicate with my family and pets, and the night vision works great even in low light. With motion detection alerts and a user-friendly app, this camera is an excellent value for anyone looking to enhance their home security. Highly recommended!

Good camera and responsive customer service
I’m using this camera in conjunction with the Alexa Show 15 as a baby monitor. It works great. Unlike most other cameras, the feed doesn’t shut down after a short period of time. In case anyone else reading is trying to do the same, just make sure you turn off the night mode setting on the Alexa Show otherwise the camera feed will automatically turn off.The company that sells it also has surprisingly good customer service. I had trouble getting the camera to work properly with Alexa initially, emailed them several times back and forth to resolve the issue. They respond within 24 hours too.
