READ THE INSTRUCTIONS
All the one star reviews tell us two things. 1. The complaints that the top bracket is too tall all clearly show in the pictures that the reviewer has a PS5 SLIM, evident by the single thin black stripe across the side of their console. 2. Said reviewers don’t read the installation instructions. There are two different top bracket pieces, one of which is about an inch taller than the other. The instructions clearly indicate that there are two, and to choose the one that fits your model. Even if they didn’t read that, were they not curious why there were two pieces, with nowhere to use the second one?Otherwise, the wall mount works great. It holds the PS5 snugly without biting into the plastic. I’m very pleased with Vivo products. I also have my Switch wall mounted with a Vivo mount, and my dual monitor setup is from Vivo. I’ve been using that for three years, so choosing them for the PS5 mount was an easy decision.

Strong, looks nice
I used this mount inside my camper van build, mounted to the side of an hardwood cabinet. Obviously needed something very strong to be suitable for a home that moves and rattles regularly. I never need to worry, it’s SO strong and my PS5 is safe and secure. Looks nice too.

I was really happy with this purchase when I set it up. It was super easy to install and it mounted up perfectly, there was no real wiggling around of the controllers or the console itself. Everything literally was snug as a bug in a rug :)It is also very stylish, I like the ability to hang my console on the wall next to my television. It helps limit the wires from trailing all over the place. And the controller mounts are really nice as well you can mount those literally anywhere, you can put one by the side of your bed and one up by the console itself if you need to. Literally anywhere ,that’s a huge plus!

Works great but arrived opened when purchased new
So far this is a great product and everything assembled nicely. I gave this product a 4 star for two reasons. (1) I purchased this item brand new but when it arrived, all of the original packaging and tape had already been opened. I had to inspect every item to make sure I had all of the part and to make sure that the items appeared unused. When purchasing a new item I do not want to inspect and questions the condition of the product. (2) The controller mounts are plastic and seem sturdy enough but because they are thin, it may break if you accidently bump into them.PSA – I don’t trust the provided anchors so I woul suggest you go out and get your own. Additionally, I would look into getting a long power cord if you plan on mounting your PS5 further away from the outlet as the original is only 5 ft long.

Compré esta base para mi PS5 por falta de espacio en el lugar donde pongo mi PS5 y también para que ayude a disipar el calor de manera más eficiente. Estando tan pegada a mi nueva TV se sentía un poco más caliente de lo normal pero con esta base se solucionó el problema. Instalarla fue bastante fácil y me tardé menos de 10 minutos. Los taquetes incluidos fueron suficientes y al estar instalada la PS5 en la base se siente MUY bien sujetada.Para los orificios utilicé una broca de 1/4 (6.3mm) y la instalación la realicé en un muro de ladrillos. Lo único que me dio un poco de trabajo fue alinear el orificio inferior de la PS5 (donde va el tornillo con la base original) con el orificio de la base. Fuera de eso fue bastante sencillo todo el procedimiento y quedé bastante contento. Yo posicioné la PS5 para que el botón de encendido y ranura de disco queden volteados hacía el lado izquierdo y ubicado de cierta forma para que la PS5 arroje el aire caliente lejos de mi TV. Todas las entradas traseras de mi PS5 son accesibles así como los botones frontales y el lector de disco; la base no tapa absolutamente nada.La única recomendación que haría en cuanto a su posicionamiento es que si la pones detrás de tu TV (si tu TV no está montada en la pared) sería que la pongas un poco más alta que la PS5 para que no haya interferencia con los controles. Fuera de eso estoy bastante contento con la base y la recomiendo al 100%.
