    Awesome game
From the art style to gameplay and music this game is a 10/10 if you like tactical RPG’s or just RPG’s in general with a great story you shouldn’t pass this up. Xbox needs more games like this, do yourself a favor and just buy this if you ever played anything by Vanillaware “Odin Sphere, Muramasa, or Dragon’s Crown” you know this will be a pretty game.

Serious contender for Game of the Year 2024
Vanillaware always make some of the most unique games you will ever play. If you’ve played some of their previous titles (ex. 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim, Dragon Crown), then you know just what you might be getting into when you start playing.Unicorn Overlord is a strategy game mixed with RPG elements. Each of your units is comprised of characters that you recruit through story and side quests or that you hire. Every individual character is comprised of different classes, with some characters having their own unique classes. Mixing and matching each character can make for some great units. Not all battles and stages are the same. Some will have special rules and objectives that often require going off the beaten path to achieve victory.Outside of battle, the overworld has much to offer. From collecting resources, to mining minerals, enjoying meals with your companions, and even catching runaway chickens. Vanillaware has crafted a world that is yours to explore. All in all, this is one of best strategy games of this year. Don’t be surprised if it winds up being your Game of the Year.

    Incredibly addictive and well made!
I took a gamble on this based on the positive reactions from folks online, and it paid off. Vanillaware are known for creating unique experiences with striking visuals, and this game is no different. If you enjoy Fire Emblem, then I highly recommend checking this out!Thankfully, there is a demo on all the digital store fronts, and your progress from the demo carries over to the game if you decide to pick it up. If you have any doubts about grabbing this, the demo offers a ton of content that’ll help you make the decision.

    Engaging and immersive
Do you miss the great days of Ogre Battle on the SNES? Or maybe you played the N64 version?Games just aren’t the same anymore…..oh, wait – yes they are!!Unicorn Overlord is able to resurrect the long-lost excellent game content of years past, all while giving us modern graphics and music. They’ve also really done an excellent job with the story, and I was concerned I would be playing a great game with a cheesy Americanized story, but I’m actually interested in the characters as well as the gameplay. Sure, it has its cliche moments, and it’s a story we’ve heard a thousand times, but it’s done well.Speaking of cliche, this game follows the typical formula of:When a male wears more armor, they become strongerWhen a woman is almost naked, they become strongerI’m not saying I’m complaining, but the older I get, the funnier that becomes

    Great Gift
I got my nephew into games like this, strategy/rpg, and he loves them. He’s a thinker (I also got him into chess) and likes to solve problems. This is a pretty good game for him. He really gets into all the different options and management of his troops. Also, he really loves the art style of this game.

    Incredible tactics game
I didn’t know what to expect playing this game, outside of it being a tactics game. As you can see by the score I really loved it. The story and setting are great!! This isn’t your typical tactics game where you control each unit independently. You set up a group of 3 (starting) up to 5 (maxed) and they battle with no input from you. You can setup ai how your units behave but that’s it. I didn’t think I’d like this style but it grew on me. If you have an itch for a tactics game try this out. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

    Masterpiece
This game is a masterpiece. Atlus is doing an excellent job

    Awesome game.
I’ve been itching for a new RPG. This guy fit the bill. I got this like $30 bucks USD lower on Amazon than your normal everyday Video games retail stores. It’s a bit of a throw back from the 1990’s.You play as a Prince trying to reclaim his kingdom. Yeah, yeah been there done that, lol. But reminds me a lot of the old Final Fantasy Tactics and Ogre battle games with a little Fire Emblem sprinkled in.

  9. Eric

This game is underrated but Vanillaware definitely delivered. It’s a tactical RPG with similar elements as the Fire Emblem series, but it is unique. It is not fully turn based, you select your units to move on the field similarly as you would in an RTS like Starcraft or Warcraft, only when they encounter enemy units the combat will be turn based. The player doesn’t control their units when they engage in combat, the player only controls their movement. The story is good, the character designs are good (not ugly like most post-modern games)The only problem I had is that I had to grind a bit, but not that much.9/10

  10. ほえほえ

    オウガバトルとかの後継のゲーム。あれが好きだった人は全員買え。ベルウィックほど縛りは無いのでクリア出来ないということはないと思う。

  11. Bob

    Bon jeu de stratégie
