Defective
This phone never worked right from the beginning. It got very hot and wouldn’t hold the charge Amazon won’t make it right because it’s a tracphone and trackphone won’t make it right because we bought it from Amazon. What a bunch of baloney

Much better than my old phone.
I love the stylus feature. It makes it easier to take notes and make lists. I like that I can twist my wrist and the camera turns on.The sound is great. I can hear the caller and they can hear me well.The facial recognition and finger print reader works flawless. The battery charges super fast and lasts a very long time.Some of the cases I got for it doesn’t fit well but I found one to fit good enough

Don’t work right
Phone looks great but it won’t read any SIM card we have went through 5 spent countless hrs on the phone with trackfone trying to get help fixing it nothing has worked we bought this for our son for Christmas and he hasn’t even got to use it it won’t make calls txt or even set up properly bc of the sim part other then that it seemed to be ok has a great camera on it but that’s the best I got

Was supposed to be an upgrade
I ordered this because it was the upgraded version to my last phone and I’m pretty disappointed. There is a constant lag when loading pages and the other disappointing thing is I can’t assign different ring tones to my emails, texts, messages, etc…I can only use 1 tone for all of them.

Froze up after three weeks!
Phone was slow to respond right out of the box. Battery lasted less than a day with limited use. After three weeks the phone froze up and did absolutely noting…to the point that I couldn’t even shut it off. I was fortunate that it froze up when it did as Amazon wouldn’t accept a return after a month. Customer service was great though. *The phone ran out of power after several hours, after which I 3as able to recharge it and it came back to life. I still sent it back as I did not trust it to continue working. My money was immediately refunded, so I am very happy with Amazon’s customer service.
