Great Smart Watch and Excellent Customer Service.
My wife has insisted for a couple years now that I need a fitness tracker/ watch. I looked at many but didn’t want to just pay a few hundreds dollars just for a name when I didn’t know it was something that I would wear. I have purchased several TOZO products over the past couple of years and all have been great. Then recently I discovered they had smart watches and they were very well priced. I purchased this watch back in December and it is very comfortable to wear, it has the basic features that I wanted as well. The calling and answering calls function was a bonus that I thought I would not use but it worked surprisingly great and now I use that a good bit. Fast forward the band attachment on the watch body broken and I email there customer support a picture and description of what happened and within a couple hour they responded and said that we are sending you a new watch do not worry with sending the other watch back to us. There customer service is great and that is something that is hard to find today. Many companies make good product but have terrible customer service, TOZO makes some great products and stands behind them.

Great display and battery life; don’t love loop on band
I currently use the S4 watch and had purchased the S6 watch for my son. The S7 is very similar to S6. It has awesome vivid display, good functionality, and more stable pairing and connectivity than S4. I’ve been wearing the S7 for a few weeks and like the upgrades noted above. Additionally, it groups your notifications. Although the watch face seems smaller than the S4 (which is inconsistent with the description), it seems to have bigger fonts for notifications as I can read them easier. Battery life great as it can go for 4-5 days without charging. There are a couple of things I really liked on the S4 that are missing from the S7. One is the walking minutes on the display options. The other, which is something I really miss, is the watch band design where it tucks under instead of a loop. The S7 loop moves around so my band sometimes escape from the loop. I really loved the tuck under design much better and hope they bring it back in future versions.

I can’t believe how good this watch is for the price. It was a little tricky for me to get the hang of it, but this is my first ever smartwatch, so that is more me than the watch. Once I’d figured everything out it just works and has all the features I would want, even the call feature works well, with good sound quality. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

Es ist nicht der erste Artikel den ich von TOZO erworben habe. Die Uhr erfüllt alle meine Ansprüche. Sie funktioniert wie beschrieben und der Akku hält auch über eine Woche. Ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Bin auf die nächsten neuen Produkte gespannt.
