The kids are pleased!
The product, despite being a refurbished one, worked immediately out of the box and I have no complaints whatsoever. Really easy to setup – took about 3 minutes and away we went on our PS5 adventure. I previously owned a Xbox 360, and this is less bulkier and graphics and speed are top notch.

Horrible refurbished PS5 experience
I have purchased refurbished before without any issues, but I had a terrible experience after purchasing this PS5. The package was missing a charging cable for the controller and the stand for the PS5 itself. It was sent with a random black controller. Both the PS5 and the controller were absolutely filthy. I had to give it a good clean before using it. After it was turned on for the first time, I noticed that it wasn’t factory reset as the profile of the previous owner was still on it. And after resetting it and going through general set up process, I was unable to play any type of game without the PS5 crashing and giving an error message. Whether the game was originally for PS4 (which in that case it DEFINITELY shouldn’t crash) or for PS5, it would eventually crash. I tried multiple different games with the same result. I went through all the troubleshooting by myself and with PS support until they eventually told me there was nothing else they could do.There is no way that this met any of the Amazon standards for a refurbished product. Definitely do NOT recommend purchasing a refurbished PS5 with this seller. 0/5 stars. Already started the return process.

Don’t Recommend ordering from this site customer service is horrible. with the controller moving to the right and customer service is the worst and I got proof of what they told me. PS5 issues
So I got this PS5 for my kids for christmas. The system works good the controller works fine, my issue is the stand was not included i thought it would be and I did not get a ps5 box (expected) the system it salf has a cover on the black gloss part in the front. The biggest kicker is Sony dose refurbished items i paid 449 + shipping for something that didn’t come with a stand and no box but if I went to Sony refurbished items I would get the same thing with no issue and a box and stand for 399.

Came when it was supposed to! This was a refurbished purchase however this console is in EXCELLENT condition! The Ps5 look brand new as if it came right out of the original box! I already had games from my ps4 which crashed for some odd reason. I’m so glad I invested in a refurbished console really affordable. I wish I would have waited for Black Friday though I could have gotten it way more cheaper. Hence I bought this a week before Black Friday started ! No regrets though! A win is a win!
