Not As Listed CUH-72158 Did not come with accessories, just a JPN ps4 console… Condition bad.
The Item was listed as a used PS4 Pro in excellent condition with accessories. What we got was a Japanese PS4 Pro with 0 accessories and scratched up. Luckily we had an extra 2 prong cable and a third-party remote not being used. (well I take that back it was a third-party PS4 controller I use on my PC.) , Get this thing hooked up so far so good. Turn it on and the boot screen is in Japanese. Didn’t think too much of it at first because well, it is used maybe someone who was non-English had a profile .. NP. The system booted, lucky since I had an ethernet cable plugged into it the menus were in English, or profile 1 just was pre-set to English whatever.Fired up a game and this thing sounded like 2 bowing 747s trying to take off. Turn it off and shut it down, pop the top off and this thing is caked in hair / looks like dried tar from a smoker. I would post pictures but it looked so bad that I don’t want to offend anyone. Someone in the house tossed out the box not thinking mind you, this did not come in the PS4 box or a white box, this was just tossed in a box and shipped yolo style. TBH I am 100% shocked it made it. Chatted with Amazon they gave me a 25-dollar credit.To keep this thing short I wound up opening up the system stripping it down cleaning out the 5 inches of Rezin off the heat sync with a brush and bathing it after to clean out any hard residue left over. Ordered a PS4 Pro replacement fan to the actual system fan and a new HDD because the drive in it failed the second time booting the system and tried to play. after 100+ dollars in parts and cleaning supplies well it works it’s quiet and cool now. Can’t play any BD videos or DVDs because of the region lock. The games work fine. all in all on a system that was 200+ on Amazon and had to put in an additional 100 in parts. I could have found a new one or just got a PS5.TLDR will check the seller next time and avoid this one.Ps Amazon Gave me 25 credits as they couldn’t connect to the merchant.

This refurbished PS4 showed up in great condition. It came with a camouflage ps4 controller, hdmi cable and basic usb charger that didn’t work. A charging cable for the controller was like $5, no big deal.In the 2 days we played, it worked fantastic! we decided to upgrade to a PS5 and were able to return with ease. Great service!

I enjoyed the console but the charger for the controller was the wrong fit, talked to the customer service representative and got a replacement in the next three days, highly recommend this company.

The PS4 Pro Runs Really Awesome
I was really surprised that I had gotten a white PS4 Pro console version instead of the jet-black version I had paid for and was expecting to get but I turned it on and played with it and after a few days of playing on it the console works really great and faster too. I’m now able to play my games better without the frame rate dropping out at times. And taking it sweet time loading up the game and the characters voices stuttering during cutscenes and skipping over words as displayed on the subtitles as it does on the base PS4 console. I can finally play games like Marvel Midnight Suns, Tales of Arise, Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis and especially Tower of Fantasy it has low frames rate at times but thanks to the PS4 Pro it can handle it and show the cutscenes correctly and the characters saying all there lines properly in the subtitles. But I’m disappointed the console has a small crack on each sides of it instead of being in perfect condition they’re hardly noticeable but I was expecting it to at least be in good condition for the price it was going for. But since it’s running great for me to finally play my games without any constant glitching or characters stuttering up as they’re talking during the game cutscenes I’m happy with my purchase with the PS4 Pro and thankful it’s working great as it should.

(see photos)It’s like they were sanding off or something.All of the ports on the console and controller were perfect.Purchased myself a one year subscription to PlayStation Plus.Setup of the console was standard.Plug in all the cables, set up your account.Set up the controller for the first time with the provided USB cable.Then the controller will work as wireless.Downloading games is slow even with a wired connection.Currently I only have around 15 games and the hard drive is starting to fill up.I’ll be looking to purchase an external drive soon via a USB 3.0 drive.Overall I’m satisfied with my purchase of a renewed product.Picked this up for a better price than I could find anywhere online.Due to scalpers and the holidays.Be patient and keep checking daily.Maybe I just got lucky.I’d been looking for a few months and finally got this one.My favorite feature with PlayStation is the feedback on the controller or speaker.Just such a nice feature.I picked this console up to play mainly the exclusive library of games that they have.Currently I’m hooked on Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition.This purchase was a better price than buying new or used. So worth it.

The console was in really good working condition. Played endlessly for hours with no issues whatsoever.I have never owned a PlayStation 4 before so never had to chance to buy it brand new. But this came pretty close and definitely made me really happy with my purchase!The controller had a few deep scratches but was functional with good battery.The cables (console power cable, controller charging cable and hdmi cable) may not have been original but worked just as well.Overall, definitely a good choice. Would buy again!

I was expecting this within a week, I received it next day.It doesn’t come in an original or alternate box, there was no mention of being boxed in the advert though.It arrived in a shipping box, whose contents were the PlayStation Console, Control Pad, a white cable connecting to Control Pad, a white HDMI cable which was too short, compared to the original, plus a plug. Contents were all in bubble wrap.Thankfully it arrived safely. I only needed the Console, so I am very happy.
