Q: How to connect the smart health watch for the first time?
1. Please turn on the bluetooth of the mobile phone before use.
2. Find and enter the Play Store or App Store, search and download APP “DA FIT”.
3. Enter the ( Da fit ) app, find “T45S” for binding (please fully charge the first time you use it).
4. Open the phone settings, turn on Bluetooth, find Audio “T45S”, and click to connect.
5. Swipe down the screen and find notifications then turn on the “PHONE” function.
6. After the connection is successful, you can use the blood pressure watch dial to control the phone to make calls, you can also answer calls on the watch, and you can view the call history information and contacts of the watch.
Q: What to do if I can’t get it to connect to my phone or always get disconnected?
1. Please note that the maximum Bluetooth distance is 8-10 meters. If the watch was beyond the distance, it will cause the disconnection, you need to bind the watch to the app again.

It does exactly what it says it will do!
I absolutely think this watch is amazing! If you are looking for a smart watch and don’t want to spend a lot of money this is the watch to get . It has so many nice features it was unbelievable and everything works well with no issues. Yes you can receive txt notifications but can’t respond back from watch but no biggie as long as i can see them when exercising or in office meetings i can respond later but at least i can read them. Love the fitness part of it and some people where complaining about battery life well if your on it constantly just like a phone you have to charge it daily or every other day. I charge my phone every night whether its low or not, so I’m just going to charge watch at same time whether its dead or not no bigger for me cause both going on charger anyway. Watch is amazing go get yours. I bought one that cost more and nothing worked so sent it back and decided to try this one since most of the reviews where good . Hope this helps someone make a decision easier. Oh forgot love its a bit smaller then other smart watches so looks nicer especially on a females arm

First I wanted to share these scrunchie type bands to use to replace the one that comes with the watch. FTYQUEE Scrunchies Watch Bands Compatible with 16mm 18mm 19mm 20mm 22mm Watch Bands Quick Release.The band is 20mm and this work just great. I got the large size but the smaller ones would probably work.I like this watch and it has all the features I wanted. It looks just like friend’s big price tag smart watch. It may not last a long time but I figure I can buy several of these for the price it would cost me for an expensive one.

I loved this watch, however, used it to listen to music while walking one day last week and now it will not charge or turn on. Can’t find any information about a reset button. I wore this watch almost every day 24/7 and not sure why it just stopped working.***I was very skeptical about purchasing this watch as it was alot cheaper than others I was shopping for. But this watch is perfect for me. I really just wanted it for mainly the time and to notify me when I get a call or text. I’ve used some of the other features and no issues so far. Key to the battery life is to not bluetooth it to your phone, just allow it to connect from the app. I charge about once a week now.

I’m always looking to save money where I can. I am also familiar with the idea that sometimes you have to go ahead and pay the “bougie” prices for some things. What’s that saying? The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of a low price is forgotten.”I wish I had done more research before just buying this. The battery only lasts about three days. Fine. I don’t care too much about that. The temperature doesn’t update – if at all. The reminders to get up and move or drink water are sporadic and not as I asked for in the app. Most importantly, the BP and heart rate function is really off – and I feel this is almost dangerous.It so happens that I have my own BP cuff, but I thought, if I can do it with a watch, that is just so much more convenient! I already know my BP can run high and wanted to monitor it better. But I kept thinking, can this be right? It’s pretty off and I have double checked with my cuff right after the watch a handful of times. Never even been close. Today? Watch: BP 135/73. Cuff: 120/94.Still, it keeps time like any watch should and seems to count my steps well, and it’s a nice looking, comfortable to wear watch. It’s only 30 dollars, not worth a return, but I will likely “upgrade” to a better watch later.
