Great for the price
Came very well packaged. It was easy to set up. Plenty of displayports, hdmi, and usb ports. Even comes with 2 antennas for WiFi. It looks pretty good. Overall, very strong pc for gaming. The only downsides to consider are that the CPU (i5 13400F) wont be able to handle the full potential of the GPU (RTX 4060) so there is a slight bottleneck. But you’ll still be able to run it at a high level. I was able to run Fortnite smoothly on medium graphics settings at 180 fps on 1080p (the highest my monitor goes is 180 hz). I was able to run Fortnite on high settings and got between 150-180 fps. Another minor issue is the side panel is connected via 2 screws; and for me the bottom screw doesn’t go in all the way but the side panel is still pretty much fixed; only a little loose at the bottom.

Great product outstanding service
This is the 4th pc I’ve bought from Skytech and they have all been spectacular. I never post reviews on items but skytech deserves my review at this point. First the price is unbeatable for the quality and support you get with these machines. Second they run everything with ease (gaming, video editing, etc). Third they look amazing and come packaged very well. I recommend skytech to anyone coming to me looking to buy a pc as they have been very good for me and I’ve never had any issues whatsoever or when I do it’s fixed almost immediately by the support team.

Second computer by this conpany
We ordered same brand but a different pc at the beginning of December to replace a gaming computer. It delivered we set everything up but none of our four monitors plus a brand new monitor wasn’t recognized by the pc. It kept giving no signal on all display ports. We troubleshooted with sky tech and they asked us to return.In the meantime while waiting for the first refund we went ahead and ordered a second pc same company. It was delivered yesterday with the exact same results. No signal we tried with multiple monitors. Sky tech determined possible faulty input display ports to the graphics card. We just returned the second computer today.I am not willing to try for a third time with this company. We are now waiting for the first refund to finish processing and now the second.I really wanted to love this computer and would have if either of the two we bought worked. Also the packaging on both were in perfect condition so I don’t feel like it happened in transport to be delivered.

very very low noise even under high powered games!
I like this RIG!! That 4060 is more than powerful enough to play anything you throw at it with very quiet/whisper fans and low temp!!!!! Did you know that Skytech handles alot of other top gaming rigs! This Shadow 4 is amazing! Plus there life time tech support is like a warm friend that looks after you long after the warranty is up! Years down the road I will let them build me another rig cause they know how to.

This PC is worth the buy! The only issues I encountered was one of the fans were making a very loud noise at the beginning (in the video). I resolved that by going inside the PC and kind of pushing the fan out very lightly, then pulling it back in. I don’t know how to properly explain but that’s what I did to fix it. It runs games really well, Sims 4 is super smooth at almost ultra settings. I have high/very high settings on everything but the Sims themselves and shadows. Runs GTA IV smooth as heck! Settings all the way up as well. Sims 3 perfect quality, Fortnite as well. Seems to be working smoothly so far!
