Anyone that knows about PC’s can agree that Ryzen CPU and AMD graphics card are better paired. This pre build definitely is worth the price. I’ve seen some overpriced pre builds with odd combinations of CPU and graphics cards. One thing I wish AMAZON would include is the motherboard. No description of the motherboard but aside from that this PC is a steal. No wonder it is out of stock.

I like that it comes full protected with mostly every piece of the pc with protection, it comes “plug and play”you don’t need to worry to build it yourself, I get about 300+ fps in valorant on low, Fortnite 300+ fps on low, Minecraft Java vanilla all maxed out on graphics 700+ fps, Rainbow six siege 250+ fps on low so if you want the competitive advantage on fps games by setting all to low this is the right pc to start gaming, I bought it on prime day so for me it was 700 Dlls total and I think it’s worth it for the time being, also you can upgrade it. Also you don’t need to worry about stutters in your games because the specs are pretty good for 60+ fps In mostly all games, the only thing that I don’t like is that the fans make so much noise, but other than that everything is ok!

The PC had NO CPU in it, the GPU was used and non-functional, and there was no RAM. I am currently processing a full refund with Amazon, and I will be shipping it back.Shipping was good. Everything else has been awful.January, 20251. It was supposed to come with 32GB DDR5 RAM. It came with NO ram. I had to go to Best Buy and buy them myself rather than wait who knows how long Skytech to even respond.2. The GPU looks used. It’s scratched and dirty.3. As you can see in the video, the PC won’t even stay on. It comes on for 1/2 second and turns off. Two red lights on the motherboard: “cpu” and “dram”. Tried with no memory, tried again with just one stick properly seated. No change. Checked all cables. No change. At this point, I’m on my way to Walmart to buy a new CMOS battery in a last attempt to resolve it.4. I’ve emailed Skytech twice. No response.Summary: $3000, faulty pc, no response from seller. Whoever these people were doing quality control (see photo) should be fired.

Great PC
I personally received a quality PC pre-build tower. I have been running Fortnite and other games like Halo Infinite on my setup and have personally experienced little to no stutters throughout all of my gameplay. A few reviews mentioned receiving faulty towers, but if you’re reading this, please consider buying this PC! I have nothing but great things to say about this product and found that truly the hardest part with my PC was the setup and properly connecting my HDMI cord (my Display Port cable didn’t work with my monitor) but once I got past that I have enjoyed every second of owning a PC. Thank you SkyTech for coming through the way you did this Christmas season!

Great Computer for Beginning Gamer
This has been a great computer so far for my son. He is starting to explore gaming and coding and I am happy he has a machine that is capable of keeping up with the demands of the games he is exploring. I did end up getting a bad power cord with the computer, however, I contacted Skytech and they were super helpful and easy to work with to get a replacement. The replacement cord arrived quickly and my son has been happily gaming since. Based on the quality customer support I am happy to be a Skytech customer now and in the future.

Would not connect to monitor via HDMI or Display point from the motherboard or the graphics card. Back the junk goes to Amazon for a refund. Never again.Addendum: I did more research after I sent the computer back to Amazon. I found a webpage on Skytech Gaming website. It’s contains information on what to do if you encounter trouble connecting a monitor to your new computer. It involves removing parts of the computer and inspecting them for issues and then reinserting the components.I think it is ridiculous. Why not just ship the computers out without issues? That’s what other companies do. For example I ended up buying a Lenovo Legion computer from Best Buy. And I had no issues connecting a monitor to that PC.This is an issue of Skytech Gaming not Amazon, but unfortunately Amazon sold the product to me so they had the responsibility of handling the return.
