Warranty revoked if you use the heart rate monitor.
I’ve just gotten this today but am immediately issuing a “wait and see” 3 star review.I thought this was certified refurbished through Samsung, but now I’m not entirely sure.The phone arrived fine, nice quality. Samsung charger…charged fast. All seemed great.Until I see a barcode on the back. No big deal. It’s placed precisely over the heart rate sensor so I remove it. There’s some sticky crap left behind so I wipe it off with alcohol swabs. Put the watch on the charger, charge it, go through software setups blah blah blah.When all is said and done, I’m going to package all the loose bits up into the box to store away, I see a card at the bottom of the box.It’s a 90 day warranty card from A4C that explicitly states that if you remove the barcode, the warranty is null and void.The barcode they put over the heart rate sensor.I imagine most folks first reaction is going to be to remove something covering a primary function of the watch so I feel like this is a cheap ploy to get folks to immediately void their warranty. Feels like a REALLY shady tactic.

Device great, warranty support terrible
The watch is absolutely fabulous and I would rate the devise a “5”. However. . . . . two months into my ownership the phone/charger failed to charge. I called Samsung support only to find out my “warranty” had expired 4 days after I ordered the watch online – thanks AMAZON for making that clear . . . OUCH. BTW, Samsung online support was not at all help troubleshooting the problem.. They could only suggest I send them my watch and they would get back to me with a repair estimate. Exasperated, I dropped by my local Best Buy store’s Samsung area and the wonderful person there confirmed my strong suspicion that the charging dock had failed. .. whew . . the watch was perfectly fine. So, I ordered back up charging docks and I’m now able to enjoy my watch once again, no thanks to Samsung or Amazon. Lastly, in three years of being a PRIME member this is the FIRST TIME I felt that AMAZON truly disappointed.

Band way too small
Just received my watch today. Looks brand new and is performing well so far, however, I received a small band, which is far too small for my wrist to where I can’t even wear it. So I’ve had to order another band just and now have to wait 2 days before being able to wear the watch. Recommend ordering and band with watch just in case. Other than that I would give it 5 stars but the band is a huge set back

20 Hour Battery Life = A Poor Time Piece
Getting calls on your watch is kings of cool. Seeing text and email on your wrist is certainly great. But the charge only last about 24 hours, so using it as a wearable alarm is not recommended. Maybe the charger will last long enough that the alarm wakes you, but then it needs charging. Also watch will show that it is adequately charged, but seconds later die from lack of charge… even though it had been charging all night. Maybe I got a lemon, which would be typical of Samsung (i bought a Galaxy S7 Edge that i had to return twice before i ed given one that worked)

Watch looks good but that’s about it. The battery was so bad I had to replace it and the rpl only lasts about one day.

Apparently can’t activate the watch because it only goes up to 3G despite SAYING that it’s a 4G watch. Not pleased
