That was a rough ride but I’m probably keeping it..
I was able to compare the readings to professional hardware and it seems very accurate. That’s the main reason I’m keeping this watch. The second reason is it’s comfortable. I have a small rest and I didn’t like how The Apple watch fit. Amazfit was something I was considering but it’s just not accurate enough and I’m also not a fan of Alexa. Being able to use Google Assistant on this watches a bonus but wasn’t a requirement. I expect to get a lot of battery from the watch since I’m probably going to mostly use it with the battery saver turned on. This doesn’t disable the heart rate, stress, oxygen, sleep stuff. Since I have the LTE version it won’t stop me from getting calls or making calls or sending and receiving messages. It just basically turns off everything else and significantly extends the battery. I’m also not going to use this jogging much or anything like that. I get enough exercise and that’s not really my thing. I have my own personal reasons why I want to monitor my health. I either got lucky or a lot of these might actually be just open boxes. I’m not sure if it had the original screen protector film on it but it looked like it. The screen looks absolutely brand new and so does the rest of the watch. It did come with a generic charger and charger brick. It’s not a fast charger. Unfortunately it takes almost 2 hours to charge the watch. It’ll charge faster the first time for some reason but after that.. it takes a long time so plan on investing in a more powerful charger. I fast charger won’t charge it fast the whole time. It will charge it from 0 or whatever up to around 45% really fast and then it charges slowly the rest of the way. That’s good enough though for me to throw it on the charger and get a good boost if I need it.The huge disappointment with this watch and a lot of watches is having to use the ecosystem of the manufacturer. In order to do a ECG reading you have to have a Samsung phone because you have to install an app through the Samsung Galaxy store. That store will not allow you to install The app you need unless you’re using a Galaxy phone. I also didn’t actually find out until I got the watch that in the United States you can’t use it for blood pressure readings. I’m hoping that they actually get approval. There is a way to make it work but I am not recommending it. You can Google that if you want. It becomes even harder though if you happen to use something like advanced security on your Google account.Either way I have a lot more Samsung apps on my Samsung phone than I would like. If you Google how to remove the apps it’s not really that difficult if you can find a decent set of instructions. It involves using something called ADB and connecting your phone to a Windows or Linux computer preferably. Not something most people want to do though or will do and it sucks the Samsung makes you use their devices.. but Apple limits with their watch will do on other devices and so does Google.I’m really just planning on using this watch hopefully for maybe a year and then fingers crossed that’s one of the other watch companies out there other than the main three we’ll come out with something that’s highly accurate and has the other features people want like.. whatever Assistant they prefer to use.I’d also recommend the fabric strap. I bought several and I’ll probably use different ones for different occasions but the fabric strap is by far the most comfortable and I wish I had been using one with my previous smartwatch which was a Fitbit. If you’re used to wearing a watch at all or anything on your wrist, you’ll probably be like me and many others and forget you’re even wearing it with the fabric strap.

Dirty and beat up, glitches
Arrived dirty with someone else’s oils all over it and it smelled bad. There are chips all around the frame. I have to restart the watch twice a day to get it to read my heart rate

I’ve never owned a smartwatch, and don’t love wearing a watch, but I really like this. It helps me track my steps, links with my Samsung phone without issue, battery is about a day, but charges relatively fast.I like the different faces I can use for the screen and how I can track other things like heart rate, stress etc. Also, it reminds me to get off my butt and do a walk or something when I’ve been sitting too long.I will admit – still a little nervous to bring it into the pool. I’ll work up to that.

False advertisement! This watch will not connect to canadian cell towers! Says it’s unlocked it is not It’s an American model! Will work if connected to your mobile via bluetooth. But will not work as a stand alone Cell-watch.
