Fantastic value.
This was my second attempt at buying a “Renewed by Amazon” phone. The first one almost scared me off from going this route but this Samsung arrived looking like a new phone, with no visible wear, or scratches on the screen. The phone had a new feel to it. I love everything about it. Everything about the phone is perfect. It has great battery life. The display is crystal clear. The NFC works flawlessly for CGMs and tap-to-pay. The phone is very quick when running apps and even gaming.The cameras, front and back, are the best I’ve ever had on any phone.The only cons if there are any are: 1. There is no memory expansion slot. It may be a problem at some later date but I doubt it. And, 2. The sound is not the greatest. I have a Bluetooth speaker that pairs flawlessly with it, so it really isn’t a big problem.This Samsung is an amazing phone and the renewed by Amazon really shows how to get a great deal on a phone.

Phone company changed name from Chubb to Flip Cells
I bought this phone because it was an Amazon Renewed product and figured it would work well since it’s certified “Amazon Renewed”.I noticed problems with texting and other features right off the bat. But it was such a hassle to change out the sim card and set up the phone that I tried to ignore the issues.A few days later, more little issues popped up with the phone and software. I contacted the company (which has already changed its name from something starting with “C” to Flip Cells). They both said I could return the phone.The company wanted me to ship it to them, and Amazon said that wasn’t their policy.Amazon gave me 90 days to return the phone, which was generous. I wanted to see if I could live with the phone, but it is just terrible and I missed the return window due to personal issues.The phone is terrible. It overheats, freezes, and turns off constantly, even when I’m in the middle of something important.I definitely wouldn’t recommend this phone to anyone.

Phone’s great, charger is junk.
Phone arrived on time and in great condition. Seemless transfer after I got it charged up and running. The charger, however, is another story. Even after 30 mins it barely hit 3 percent battery. I found a factory Samsung charging block and its good to go. Phone is great but the included charger is junk in case your think this is an option for you.

Great Refurbished Phone
Refurbished items can be hit and miss. Thus far impressed with the quality and function of the phone. Previously had an 21, very similar but the extra screen size is nice.

Excellent condition, unlocked, worked with a European SIM card
I needed an unlocked phone to use in Italy and Austria. I bought this S21+ along with an “Orange Holiday Europe” SIM card.The phone arrived in excellent condition, with no scratches or dents. The screen appeared to have been replaced. After setting it up, I tested it by installing SIM cards from AT&T and TELLO, both worked perfectly – it’s definitely unlocked.Right before the trip, I installed the “Orange” SIM card with the phone powered down. Upon arrival in Italy I powered it up, and it immediately connected to the local service. We used Google Maps to get from the airport to our hotel some 50km’s away, no problems at all.Photos taken on the trip were excellent. We installed Google Translate and Microsoft Translator which worked perfectly and were a real asset in helping us navigate the foreign signs, menus, etc. We also set up Hot Spot and Tethering, and used that along with wireless calling on our US SIM based phones to make and receive free calls and texts to/from US numbers. It all worked as expected with no issues.There are two minor issues to report.The battery life was OK, I would start each day at 100% but by end of day it typically had around 30% remaining. My new (locked) S23+ easily gets two days on a single charge.I did notice a minor blemish on the screen after a week of using it. At first I thought it was just a greasy smear, but no amount of cleaning has managed to remove it. I didn’t notice this when I first received the phone so it most likely manifested after use. It would seem to be a flaw with the screen itself. I did not use a screen protector, which may or may not have helped to prevent it from occurring. Fortunately it’s close to the bottom of the screen and has not really affected the viewing area, nor has it affected the touch screen in the area of the blemish.All-in-all I am happy with this phone. I plan to use it for future international trips as it can do what I need without having to pay the $10-a-day AT&T International Roaming plan – that soon gets very expensive with 2 or more phones.

I was a little leary about ordering a renewed phone but that was not an issue. The phone I received had no scratches or marks anywhere on it. The phone setup was easy with no issues. An excellent buy.

Llego en muy buenas condiciones, no tiene ningun rayon, incluso tenia una mica protectora en la pantalla, llego con la caja original, cable usb c, tenia 0% de carga asi que lo cargue al 100% antes de encender, al encenderlo aparece el logo de t-mobile, pero funciona perfectamente con telcel, el vendedor fue “Wireless Experts, Inc.” espero que esta review ayude a otras personas.

El equipo llegó en excelentes condiciones hablando de estética, ningún rayón, ninguna marca de uso, en cuanto a batería. Va muy bien, el diagnostico de samsung la diagnostico como buena, de momento me ha durado 24 hrs con uso básico, esta libre de fabrica e cuanto señal se refiere, estaré actualizando de ser necesario. Cabe aclarar que lo compre en condicion aceptable

Hola, buenas tardes a todosCompre este samsung galaxy s21+ en 5000 pesos eleji la opción excelenteLes voy a decir la verdad, el teléfono esta funcionando bien no ha tenido ninguna falla en el sistema trae una pila con 85% de vida útil, el cargador que trai el paquete es uno genérico que no levantaba la pila del dispositivo por lo que tuve que comprar otro puesto que con el tiempo me dañaría la vida de la pila, otro detalle fue en la pantalla compre el teléfono al precio de excelente la pantalla no llego en las mejores condiciones venia rayada con manchas que solo son visibles con la pantalla apagada prendida la pantalla todo funciona bien no se me hace justo que me lo venda el vendedor a el precio de excelenteOtro detalle fue en la tapa trasera viene despegada de una orilla tuve gastar más dinero para pegarlaNo recomiendo esta compra por ese precio
