However, while the external appearance is impressive, the performance falls short of expectations for serious gaming enthusiasts.One of the key selling points of the Odyssey 3 is its 180Hz refresh rate. While this is a good refresh rate for casual gaming, for a monitor marketed as a gaming powerhouse, it really should have a higher 240Hz refresh rate to stay competitive with other options in this price range. The 1ms response time is a plus for fast-paced gaming, ensuring minimal motion blur during quick actions. However, some high-end monitors are now pushing response times as low as 0.5ms, which gives those monitors an edge in competitive gaming.In terms of picture quality, the Odyssey 3 doesn’t impress as much as one would expect from a Samsung product. The image on the screen appeared somewhat cloudy, lacking the sharpness and clarity you would typically seek for gaming. Excellent image quality
The image quality and specs are very good, and among what I have tested, they correspond to the technical characteristics described, I can say they even improved my visual experience compared to two previous monitors I had.I have compared them with other 4K, and really, for a common user who wants to have a monitor with a very good image at an excellent cost-benefit ratio, this monitor works super well.Of course we have tested it with some games, but not with super pro and very demanding games, but in general the monitors have responded very well in the different tests that I have carried out.I really liked the design in general, very clean and modern (and no, they don’t have baffles even though it may seem that way), the base holds the screen very well and allows you to adjust its height without any problem, in addition to being able to use the monitor vertically, although For me they work very well horizontally, I also tried them vertically.The round semi-transparent blue plastic on the back is decorative and not very dense, I liked it and I placed them on both monitors, but you have to handle them with care because they are not very strong, it would be great if it had LEDs, but I guess For that you can use the USB port on the monitor.What I didn’t like very much about the design is the experience of turning it off and on with the jostic at the bottom where both the shutdown and its configuration are managed, it is not as usable as in the general design of many monitors through buttons small, which is much more practical.

Fantastic Monitor, and beautiful clarity!
When I purchased these monitors, I was actually surprised at the cost, for the price, this monitor performs exceptionally well, with a high quality image, and solid specifications. The 27″ monitor allows for a larger screen to see what is going on, without sacrificing a beat. The monitors work well at higher refresh rates, and the stand that comes with it allows for the user to quickly and easily rotate the screen. NOTE: When turning the screen, you will likely make contact with the surface the monitor is standing on. Bear this in mind to ensure that you don’t damage your monitor or desk. With a crisp 144hz refresh rate, vibrant colors, you’ll feel satisfied. Definitely recommend this monitor, and I have even though about upgrading the remaining 2 of the 4 older monitors on my setup to these particular units.

Great Monitor
This monitor is great for a gaming setup. Great build quality with no scratches out of the box. It’s got 180 hz of refresh rate and a 1ms response time. It was easy to setup and there was no problems with it. The only downside is that it’s a little pricey but I wanted to buy it from a trusted brand.

I’m an analyst and my eyes are on screen data for many hours within the work day. I was able to grab three of these at around $125 a piece – superior visual data color representation with exceptional sharpness. For work horse day to day display… this display is worth a look when found at this price point.

Video quality is great and worth it!
It values the money, I used to play in a 32 inch tv and I decided to buy a monitor to play video games and found this one. The quality of this monitor it’s good for the type of games you play, Forza, Fortnite, Call of Duty, every game looks perfect in the monitor. The modes that you can use for the video is very easy to use. It doesn’t weight a lot and its clarity is perfect (you can switch the brightness in the tv). Also it has options to add reticles if you play a shooters game and it’ll help with your aim. You should buy if you deciding to go on this monitor.

The color on the screen is amazing it was easy to set up built very sturdy with a nice stand the picture was very clear able to game with no problem it was a great deal for the price the functionality is very easy to follow I set up the updates and it made my screen much better

The monitor is exactly what I wanted. The colours feel great visually. My only problem was the button on the monitor blinking when it was on stand by which disturbed my sleep. But I found you can switch it off in the settings.

I am using this as my 2nd monitor in portrait mode. I wanted a monitor that could rotate to portrait mode, and for the price this is the only one that came with a stand able to do so. There may be others but from what I could find the others didn’t have stand with much motion controls. The motion control of this stand is great tho, has height adjust swivel tilt , rotate etc. The picture quality is good, especially the blacks. I’m using it as a 2nd monitor and I mostly browse the web and watch media on it. From watching reviews on youtube, others have said it’s a great media monitor as the color reproduction and blacks are good. I’ve heard it’s not as great for gaming with some screen tear issues, but I haven’t tested it out in gaming myself as I game on my main monitor. I think for the price it’s a great value. If you intend to use it for gaming, I’d do your own research and come to your own conclusions, as I can’t really say how it performs with that.

I own a 34 lg 75hz ultrawide already. After trying this one i can tell 1080p 144hz/165hz is way better than uwfhd 75hz for the price you pay. I am more into ultrawide but 144hz is three times what you pay here.Picture quality is great too. Its super sharp! Arm is durable unlike other monitor stands. 24 is perfect for screen size for 1080p and game play. The only thing i wish is this unit includes DP-DP cable which is good but doesn’t make sense to me since they should have included DP-HDMI. The reason being most laptop dont even have display port. So eventually i will have to buy dp- hdmi cable for 165 support. But hdmi does support 144hz anyways. But overall great gaming monitor for 1080p gaming and also programming since it can flip!
