How to customize keyboard lighting and FN key？
1. LED: Turn on/off the backlight o switch the backlight color. 2. FN + LED: Switch between 1-color and 3-color breathing mode.
3. FN + PU/PD: increase/decrease backlight brightness. 4. FN + +/-: Speed up/slow down breathing rate.
5. FN+W: Exchange WASD and arrow keys. 6. FN + WIN: WIN key lock. 7. FN + (F1-F12): 12 multimedia combination keys.
Note
1.The keyboard and mouse share only one USB receiver, which is located in the bottom of the mouse. (Only when the receiver is plugged in, the lights of the keyboard and mouse will light up)
2. There will be a little delay or the lights will not turn on when the battery is too low, please charge it in time and use computer’s USB port to charge. Avoid charging in humid or high-temperature environments.
3. If you can’t press “WASD” or “↑↓←→”, please press FN+ “W” key can be used to switch between letter “WASD” keys and arrow “↑↓←→” keys at will. If the numeric keys cannot be used, press NumLock.
4.USB Receiver Pairing steps. Make sure the keyboard/mouse fully charged.
Keyboard pairing steps: Step 1: Turn on the keyboard switch;
Step 2: Press and hold the ESC key and the K key at the same time, the indicator light starts to flash;
Step 3: Insert the USB receiver into the computer, and pairing is complete.
Mouse pairing steps: Step 1: Turn the switch at the bottom of the mouse to the switch position with the sun logo;
Step 2: Press and hold the mouse wheel and right button, the mouse RGB lights start to flash;
Step 3: Insert the USB receiver into the computer and the pairing is complete.

Keyboard and Mouse are both working now. They work well and are easy to use.Very disappointed. This says it’s for gaming console. I could get the keyboard to connect to Xbox but the mouse wouldn’t. I haven’t found a way to contact customer support and the support information does not help. I will be returning

Love it!
Lights are bright and I love the ‘clacky’ keys. I wanted a gaming keyboard that I could also use with my work laptop and this hasn’t disappointed one bit. The keys are easy to type with and the mouse glides nicely. I charged it when I got it and haven’t had to recharge it yet (it’s been a week).I will note that the enter key could be a bit bigger as I sometimes find myself missing it, but it’s not so much of an inconvenience that I feel removing a star is necessary.

stopped working after less than 60 days
The keyboard mouse combo was delivered sept 16 2024. There is a lot I like about this product. The keyboard feels good to type on, and the mouse has good performance. For basic use these are good items. I would say that if you are a gamer, the mouse had some intermittent issues with response. NOT for gamers.All of that could lead to a good review except for a few glaring problems.1. The battery life on the keyboard is not comparable to other products. It lasts a few days, which is good, but there are other similar products that get better life.2. The keyboard has had intermittent issues where it will just stop working. This is not battery related. The fix has been a combination of restarting the keyboard, reseating the USB, or at times restarting the computer altogether.3. The mouse is dead. Did not last even 2 months and nothing I have done has been able to fix it.While I will be contacting customer support I don’t have much hope for a decent resolution. Average customer support sucks in this day and age. I will edit this review with that experience at a later date.As of now, I would not recommend or buy from redthunder again.–Update–Redthunder was initialy kind enough to reach out and offer full refund. Awesome… right?No.I accepted, to which they then sent a canned how to on fixing a keyboard. wait, sorry, one little piece about fixing a mouse that wont pair. As my mouse is dead and wont turn on (yes I know how to charge it), neither of these will work for me.Still no refund.Had they not reached out, or said “sorry, past the return date”, I would have written this off. But I despise people/companies who promise one thing then dont fallow through. Or just ignore in this case.One star. Horrid customer service, bad business, worse product… Do no purchase.

Keyboard and mouse worked GREAT until 4th week
Received this keyboard mouse combo on July 16, 2023.Absolutely pleased with both in response and connection to our mini-PC’s. What really set them apart was the quick response when using Virtual Machines housed on our local network using Remote Desktop as well as AnyDesk. Thank you RedThunder!Unfortunately, problems crept up on August 14th with loss of keyboard and mouse connectivity. Left both charging overnight due to “spottiness” of their connection. While each were charging, the charging indicator lights failed to turn on to confirm charging. After a full day of charge the mouse was able to be paired back to the USB dongle (LED Lights working). Sadly, the keyboard is still unresponsive, will not pair with USB dongle and no charging indicator light.As of today (August 19, 2023) waiting to see how this can possibly be resolved.Update 1:Despite the initial keyboard failure, I was absolutely impressed by Red Thunder customer service and their attempts to rectify the issue. They offered to replace the failed keyboard. As of today August 24, 2023, using the new keyboard and working just as well as the first.Review updated from a two star to four.Thank you Red Thunder.

Other than the box arriving with one of the seals broken, I’m loving this thing so far.There’s a full number pad, but the frame is tight and minimalistic. The RGB is bright, and I like the options to chance from solid colors to wave or breathing.The pudding caps allow a gorgeous amount of RBG lighting to bleed between the keys, but I may have overshot with the white tops – which can be hard/impossible to read depending on the lighting effect and brightness of the room. If you ever glance at the keys for a special character, you might be best off sticking to the black top ones.Keypress is firm, but not overly clicky – so the sound emmitted is moreso based on how frustrated/typing ‘hard’ I am at the time.Keys are raised off the base so it’s very easy to clean with a long slim brush.

When I took the box, I noticed both seal stickers was cut, some part in the bos was torn up and the keyboard was already “on”. I don’t know what happened, it was just weird. Beside that though, everything seems to work fine. The mouse and keyboard quality is very surprising for the price. I would have put a 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact it was already open.

I bought this product as a gift, it was used for two days and the batteries died. So naturally i went to charge them again and they both (mouse and keyboard) don’t charge.I tried different things, different port, different cable. Making sure they were off when charging. Referring to manual and online help. The lights on them just go out and they never charge their battery. Unfortunately it was just passed the 30 day mark so they are no longer eligible for exchange or refund.Just spend the extra money and get an actual decent quality product
