i love redragon
Before I start my review I just want to say I got these for $50 and im very surprised these are selling for $66+. First off I enjoy this company, copped a open box pair of the original Redragon H510 from microcenter. I honestly believe this is the best budget gaming headphones you will find, the mic quality is actually insanely good, i have no idea why youtube reviews make them sound terrible. Now specifically speaking about this model the Redragon H510 Zeus X I only have a few major complaints. 1. the fact that the cord and mic is no longer detachable, no idea who thought this was a good design choice but it genuinely sucks and doesn’t allow the user to customize with other mic cords / replace a broken wire. 2. they removed the mute sound button on the headset. Once again, whoever is making these design choices need to be fired, the headset didn’t need rgb in the first place but adding a dedicated rgb button that will 1. never be pressed. 2. resets to default rgb every time you turn on the pc is insane. 3. the fact the mic quality somehow sounds slighty worse than the original H510. Don’t know how this was possible but after thorough testing, it does sound worse than the original.On the positive side, headset still feels as comfortable if not more comfy than the original one because of being that fake pleather, its now mesh and very breathable so now you can have longer gaming sessions without feeling sweaty around the ears. Still an easy plug and play, and still has great sound.If they would just make a new model and keep the mute sound button, detachable mic and cord, and the mesh ear cups with a price of $50 msrp, i promise you, that would be the best budget headset you can buy.

This is my new favorite headset!
I love Redragon products, this one is no exception!If they had a higher quality and higher priced headset, I would of bought it instead, but this was the most expensive and highest quality one they had (usually I buy cheapest products, but sometimes things like this matters)I can hear footsteps in games and the mic is so much better than my previous one. Headset isn’t too heavy, and is adjustable and comfortable too!Thank you Redragon once again for the PC accessories I keep on buying and loving!

Doesn’t fit a human head
Looks great, sounds good too, but doesn’t fit a human head. It’s so dang narrow I can’t even imagine it fitting a child comfortably. I’m on the smaller side, with a more narrow head if anything, and it’s not even close to fitting. It presses HARD like a vise. Feels nice and firm, then too firm, then headache-inducing, then like some kind of torture device. I can wear it for an hour meeting, but it’s useless for gaming and such. It might be able to keep potato chips fresh in the bag easier than it can serve as a normal headset.

Excellent headset, but…
Had some issues with the headsets microphone. The nice perk about it is their support is amazing. They quickly RMA’d me a brand new one and my gaming continued. Little small on the ears. I definitely prefer the models which the modual microphones they’re much more user friendly.

I purchased a redragon keyboard mechanical. Beautiful rgb. Then I purchased they’re rgb gaming mouse m908 love it. So I decided to buy these. Well I was taking by surprise. They are feather weight, no weight at all to them. Cheaply made they felt. They sounded ok they are 7.1 surround but the driver is horribly designed. Driver wouldn’t install in my PC it just gave me problems. I decided to buy the creative sound blaster x h6 headset. They are much more worth the price and time. But don’t forget. You get what you pay for.

I’ve been using this headset for gaming, listening to music and talking over discord since April of this year (around 6 months). I have had no issues with comfort or sound quality. The adjustment is a bit loose and will sometimes adjust to a smaller size while I’m wearing it, but this is a very small issue. It seems a bit above average quality compared to other gaming headsets in this price range (80 CAD). I like the soft fabric material on the headband and earcups. I don’t have any issues with sound from the headphones getting into the mic. You can’t change the RGB lights to any colour you like. There are a few modes you can choose from with a button on the inline volume control. It has a rotating rainbow mode, a static rainbow, a cycle through every colour, breathing red, and off. You can customize the EQ and the mic volume using the software downloaded from the redragon website. The included video was recorded with the microphone volume at 100 in the redragon software and no filters. There is some background noise from my computer next to me, but that can be easy filtered out by the noise suppression in whatever voice chat service you use.

el unico detalle es que me hubiera gustado un poquito mas de holgura para el ajuste de mi cabeza, siento que me faltaron como 2cm para que estuviera excelente.las cuatro estrellas fue por eso, quiza para otros de cabeza mas chica les queden excelentes.- no me aprietan a los lados, si no que el largo, un poquito mas y con eso.-el sonido esta muy bueno, tiene buena potencia, al 30% de volumen y se escucha bien, tiene buenos bajos.-el microfono esta excelente no se escucha de baja calidad al contrario.- las almohadillas que tiene estan comodas, no te calienta las orejas, son de tela, bien acolchonaditas.- uso lentes y no me molesta para nada los audifonos.

Was mir zu erst Negativ auffiel war das die Angegebene C-Madia Softwaresteuerung des 7.1 Sound garnicht Funktioniert, jedoch das auswählen der Auto Einstellungen 1)HiFi. 2)Filmmodus. 3)Musikmodus und der 4 und für mich wichtigste Modus Manuell funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Ich habe Erfahrung mit diesen Treibern und dessen 7.1 Softwaresteuerungen und weiß das andere Hersteller auch auf die gleiche CMI Soundsteuerung zurückgreifen daher habe ich einfach mal andere WHQL CMI Software ausprobiert und siehe da…..NIX…..Es funktioniert leider nicht mit der Manuellen Einstellung des 7.1 Sound. Schade.Wichtig ist jedoch zu wissen das bei jedem PC Mainbord eine andere Soundkarte onbord installiert ist und es daher zu unterschiedlichen Lautstärken des Headset kommen tut. Ich habe hier 10 Systeme nur zum Headset und hardware testen rumstehen und darunter auch AM5 und Moderne Intel Systeme mit den verschiedensten Mainbord,s daher weiß ich das dieses Headset mal zu leise an einer Soundkarte klang und mal mittelmäßig an einem Asus X570 Pro und an einem Asus Tuf b650 z.b ist es super laut und auch extrem angenehm zu hören. Ich habe mich mit der Hi-Fi Einstellung abgefunden, den diese ist für alle Alltäglichen Dinge die wohl beste Option. Die Bedinung am Headset ist nich so intuitive, sie ist schlecht bedienbar da die Zeichen für die einzenden Funktionen nicht gut sichtbar makiert sind, eine Beleuchtung an den Tasten hätte es perfektioniert und man müsste nicht so offt raten was man da gerade gedrückt hatte -:).Die Rgb Taste macht aber was sie soll. Nur fehlen mir hier klar die einzelnden Farbmodies Red , blue , Green, and yellow Static. Das hätte es zumindest besser gemacht. Der Klang am Vlc Player ist nach etwas bastelarbeit am EQ echt verdammt gut für den Preiß, nur sollte man beachten das auch der Raumklang Windows Sonic eine Solide Alternative Unterstützung bietet und das auch noch Kostenlos. Jeder hört und fühlt Musik anders daher schreibe ich nur von meiner subjetiven Empfindung und hoffe das diese sie etwas unterstützen wird.Die Größe ist für Menschen mit großen Köpfen eigendlich schon um zwei Punkte zu klein da sollte in der nächsten Version ruig noch etwas Platz nach oben zukommen den es passt extakt genau auf den Kopf jedoch fängt es nach ca. 2 bis 3 Stunden an zu drücken da eben genau diese zwei Punkte fehlen bei großen Köpfen.Alles in einem bin ich aber mit dem Funktionierenden Teil der Software zufrieden und würde dieses Headset klar wider kaufen.
