Amazing sound for the price
So I got this because I wanted a portable better speaker for when I watch stuff directly on my tablet or when I use Dex using a monitor I. pretty amazed at how loud it is and the sound is really decent for $36 it’s great for when my elderly mom watches something as well the volume is super easy using the wheel I am ok with having to plug it in for power because I have several (like 14+) Anker batter packsthat work with it, I tested it with my new Alienware laptop and well there it fell a little short but for use with my tablet,phone or Dex set up it’s pretty sweet, I can use it to listen to audio books in the garage when I’m detailing my car and it’s great for that because truly there isn’t much bass

Good sound for the money, will only connect to ONE PC at a time.
Sound is good for the price especially if you are sitting directly in front of it, like at a computer. I love the lights. The volume dial is perfect! The only thing I really don’t like is the fact that you can only connect it to one computer at a time. I have a KVM switch to switch my Monitors, Keyboard, mouse, etc between my work and personal computer. My Logitech bluetooth speakers had no problem switching between the two.

Happy I bought it
I have other Red Dragon products, which I am happy with. This being so, I decided to give this product a try. I am happy that I did, I found it a little longer than I was expecting, no problem. For myself I found the sound to be very good, the thing I found surprising is that for a small speaker it has a good bass sound to it. Buying this product and the other ones I have (Key Board, mouse) just installs more trust in their product. I will recommend it as a product to buy. along with the other two products I have.

Volume knob quit working after a day
It’s got pretty okay sound, color changing works by button control. The buttons do continue to work but the volume knob just doesn’t register after only a day of being plugged in.

Great quality
My son hates having wires all over the place on his desk. This wireless desktop speaker is perfect for him! His desk is a bit narrow, but it’s in an L-shape. So, the fact that he can move this speaker around and place it anywhere he wants (even on the floor) is great! He has even connected it to his laptop to give him better sound! The quality of sound is fantastic as well. This was a great find!

Redragon GS512 Wireless RGB Desktop Speakers
The design of this speaker is quite stylish. I have it tucked under the bottom edge of my monitor, where it fits neatly. The RGB accents are a nice touch and compliment the rest of my gaming setup. The sound quality is nothing to write home about, especially if you are a real audiophile, but is adequate for general use. I have two major gripes: first, it SHOUTS “PC Mode” at a high volume when it first receives signal from the PC motherboard shortly after POST, which is an issue considering that my gaming PC is in my loft, 15 feet from my kids’ bedrooms, and I often play at night after they go to sleep. The other is that for whatever reason, the volume wheel on the speaker does not work to control the volume on the PC unless I use the mode button on the speaker to switch it to BT mode and then back to PC (USB) mode, both of which it announces loudly again during that process. After switching back to PC mode after bootup, the wheel does function as expected. I am not sure if this is an issue with the Windows driver for the unit or possibly just the way my system interacts with it, but it is a bit of a nuisance. I have not tested to see if this issue happens when connected via BT to a separate input source. Overall, an attractive speaker with decent sound quality, though not without its issues.

This speaker comes nicely packaged in a retail box. It seems well built and has a good weight to it. It looks good with a modern design and the option of lights on each side.The sound is good for a small speaker and it can go quite loud. It’s powered by a USB cable (A or C connector provided) and you can use a plug or power bank; it uses very little power.The main negative is the very loud notification when you turn the speaker on (Bluetooth mode) or off (Power off). It would have been useful to turn this off.Overall, happy with the speaker and got for a good price.

This is only good if you’re looking for a colorful paperweight. The sound it produces is extremely low and noisy. The tiny speakers on my laptop actually sound more crisp. Total waste of money and I’m returning it back.
