Great During One Trip, But Now Won’t Power On

It’s wonderful to have a large screen to do work on the go.✨Update August 23: I reached out to Ingnok customer care even though was out of the timeframe they are required to replace the item. James got back to me immediately. He provided a label for me to return the faulty monitor and shipped a new monitor. It is working beautifully so far. However, I haven’t used it since that trip, and today, when I tried to use it again, it wouldn’t turn on.Here’s what happened:The monitor worked flawlessly at three different hotels during the trip I purchased it for.But now, despite following the same setup routine, the monitor does not power on.I tested the power cord by connecting it to my phone, and it successfully charged my phone, so the cord seems fine. I also ensured all connections between the monitor and my computer were secure, but the monitor remains unresponsive.I’m extremely disappointed as the monitor was excellent during the trip. I’m unsure if this is a one-time issue or a sign of a more significant problem. I would appreciate any guidance or assistance on how to resolve this issue.

Excellent for the price I paid
This is a great monitor for the price I paid, about $110. And even at a bit higher cost, it’s significanlty better than the competition if it’s thicker/heavier.It’s extremely light, fairly durable-feeling, travel-friendly, comes with some cables as well as a power adapter. The stand is pretty ingenious, but I would prefer that it was a built-in kickstand.The brightness is decent enough to have indirect sunlight point at it through a window without any issues. The colors appear fairly accurate and there are many options in the settings, as well as good support for resuming upon waking from sleep.There are some tinny speakers built in, but I can’t really complain about that, they’re a bonus.This monitor is excellent for travel, and I’d recommend it.

Great price and very convenient
I bought tow for me and 3 more for associates. These have great resolution and are easy to set up and connect. They are lightweight and compact to transport. They are a good size and stand well on their own. The only disadvantage I see someone may have with these is that some older machines may not be plug and play compatible. If you make sure to check the connections and have the right cords you will have no problems though. These screens are a convenient and portable way to operate your system for work or leisure.

No Signal
When this monitor works it is decent. However, it consistently does properly receive the signal from the laptop. It is not reliable. It will power on but then go into power saver mode because the signal from the laptop isn’t registering. I have tested with multiple laptops and desktops, multiple cables and multiple configurations of each (usb-c to micro hdmi, hdmi to micro hdmi, usb-c to usb-c, etc) as well as with various power configurations/sources. Doesn’t work.

価格安くて少し心配でしたが・・・薄型で大画面、表示も綺麗、この価格で得した気分です。不満点が有るとすれば・・・もう少し軽ければ（これはサイズ強度的にしかたがないかも）とカバ＾スタンドが直感的に使いずらい（一度理解すれば問題なし）こととスタンドの角度調整ができないこと、スタンド立てて使うと微妙に滑る（すべり止めのゴムはついてはいるがちょっと面積が小さい）ことでしょうか・・・・まあいずれも些細なことで価格を考えれば大した問題じゃあありません。製品の箱や説明書等もしっかりしており不満は有りません。でもね・・・これは製品の問題じゃなくてamazonの問題ですけど、輸送梱包がねぇ・・・養生全くなしで紙袋に入れただけの梱包で軒下配送・・・これってどうなの？

Good: it works and is affordable.Bad: low refresh rate and brightness. Color accuracy drastically drops if you turn up brightness. There are other similar portable monitors out there with faster refresh rates for only slightly more or around the same price.
