Nice headphone
Original. Very nice sound quality. No issues connecting with the console. My phone is also connected to it and it works at the same time as the PS5. I can watch short videos on my phone while my game on pause. Looks nice. Price is okay.

These are great and they fit on large ears just fine.
Too often, headphones do not describe the size of the cups even though they are over-ear style. I have too many sets of headphones that are supposed to be over-ear that are way too small. I’m 59 and this is common for people of my age since ears start growing before birth and continue to do so all through life.These headphones are not the best audio quality but they are excellent for the price. They can connect with the included dongle and Bluetooth simultaneously. This is greatly helpful when I have to answer the phone while using my computer because the audio is coming from both at the same time. The sound reproduction, while not the best, is very much like the original sound. They don’t add extra bass but they have the bass that the audio calls for. If I want extra bass I can add it with an equalizer but I haven’t bothered with it yet. They have volume controls but these only seem to work with the dongle and not the Bluetooth connection. Overall, I’m very happy with these headphones and if they last long enough I will buy a new pair of the same in the future.

Can’t even get it to connect
Trying to get it to connect and it won’t i understand stand this is a refurbished item but the dongle is not even the same now im left with a $119 wall hanger thanks

Pretty good but some things missing
Really good audio quality and the 3d sound is well, mic also is amazing (the noise cancelling works amazing). still wouldve liked some of the button options from the pulse 3d but overall still good would recommend.

Works Flawlessly w/ PS Portal
The spacial gaming sound is spot on. Much like the surround sound system in my living room. I can actually hear when an enemy is near and their exact location. I didn’t want to purchase a 4th set of PlayStation headphones after the PS4 Gold, 2 pairs of the Pulse 3D for my PS5’s but this was the best option for my new PS Portal. They connect quickly and flawlessly every time. Great sound, very comfortable for long game play and buying them “renewed” from Amazon, I couldn’t beat the price for $80… I highly recommend these headphones!

Absolutely great for the price
Not always a fan of refurbished devices, but was working great. No disconnects, no problems. Amazing battery life.Protip: If you buy any of the Sony BT devices (earbuds or the headsets), please put the dongle in the front USB slot for best connection.

Works great when connected
Constantly disconnects from the dongle. Makes having a wireless headset useless when you have to keep getting up to reconnect the dongle.
