Well I ordered the game system for my children I get it open it up and hook it up like your supposed to and it just glitches out didn’t even load the playstation menu 😭😭 I was highly disappointed plus it was supposed to be the spiderman version and was supposed to get a game with the system and it just came with a system that didn’t even work I don’t recommend buying

Bad to good
I bought this as a renewed product. The price was very fair. When I got it there was nothing renewed about it. It had no controller or cords and the hard drive didn’t work. Amazon wanted me to send back for a refund. I did not think I could afford a different one so I asked them to send me credit for a controller and a game and they did. I ended up putting in an SSD and it works perfect now. I would think twice about buying renewed but I am pleased Amazon worked with me on making it right
