My monitor shows No Signal then goes into power saving mode. How do I fix this?
There is a shortcut key that allows you to enter the input selection menu, even when the monitor is in Power Saving mode. The key is different for each model, so please consult the manual to find the input selection shortcut key for your monitor.
How do I turn off/on my monitor?
There is usually a jog button behind the monitor or a power button along the bottom-bezel of the monitor. While it is off, pressing the button once will turn on the monitor. To turn it off, press and hold the button for about 3-5 seconds.
Where can I find firmware updates for my monitor?
Check our website for monitor firmware updates. If not found, contact customer support. Do not use another model’s firmware to avoid issues we cannot assist with.
How do I set my resolution or refresh rate?
Every device you connect the monitor to should have some sort of Display Settings where you can change the refresh rate or resolution to what the monitor supports. Please contact customer support if you need further assistance.
My monitor is showing a black screen, but the power LED is blue. What’s wrong?

Good monitor, easy to set up right out of the box. The stand is terrible. Can’t adjust the tilt of the monitor on it, or at least not comfortable enough to potentially break it. Highly recommend using a monitor arm on this monitor if you don’t already. Image is great — haven’t dealt with any of the random glitchy issues yet. Love the sleek white look, perfect for all your cozy setup needs.Will report if I find any more glaring issues. There is a 30-day warranty you have to sign up once you get it or you might not be able to refund, so please make sure to follow the instructions on the manual for it.

Not losing anything for the pink color!
I’ve been using the monitor for a couple weeks now and I definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice monitor with the bonus of having color options! Typically with colored (and sometimes white) tech products, it always seems to be missing the features and/or quality of their black/gray counterparts (usually with a very high marked up price tag), but here you get good quality for the same price as the black version!Set Up:The monitor came in perfect condition, aside from a scuff or two on the outside box, Monitor is well padded, I wouldn’t worry about it breaking during delivery. While I had bought the matching monitor arm (Pixio PS1S), I did initially set up the monitor with the stand given in the box, it was easy to put on and take off in case you wish to switch to a monitor arm. There was an extra square piece in the box that I couldn’t figure out what it was(?) it looks like a wall mount but I’m unsure and it isn’t listed in any of the manuals provided. It was easy and straightforward to set up, and was easy enough for me (5’2″ woman that needs to go to the gym more) to carry on my own. I would still recommend two people just for safety and avoiding any unnecessary scuffs on the monitor.Performance:The resolution and the refresh rate is a nice improvement from my previous monitor, while I mostly use this for programming, the monitor has performed well when playing games and have seen no major issues. Monitor settings were easy to adjust using the buttons on the bottom, and all the ports were easy to access!Overall:Great monitor and gets the job done! Love the color and works great for cozy gaming and working.

Cutest color, came with faulty displayport cable
I was so excited to find this baby pink monitor for my very first PC build/setup!It’s the cutest color, and I saw that they have other rly cute pastels too, but pink will always have my heart. I just got this about two weeks ago, and was finally able to complete my PC setup a few days ago.Unfortunately, the display port cable that it came with was defective and caused us some confusion and delay in the process. The monitor was able to turn on, but was not able to receive signal/connect to the PC. We had to first test with an HDMI cable, then another display port cable. A little annoying! Currently, I’m using an HDMI cable, but I still want to replace it with a white display port cable since that’s what it came with.Aside from that, the monitor looks so cute and is working fine so far. Great size, esp since I only have one monitor. Built-in speakers aren’t great, but luckily I already had speakers. The stand is pretty basic and works okay. Not height-adjustable, but you can tilt the screen up or down. I guess that’s why they sell the color-matching monitor arms.

Fantastic monitor with actual color options!
I love that it’s reasonably priced, comes in a multitude of colors, and is a legitimate option for gamers. Sleek exterior and I didn’t really need to adjust the settings too much despite some reviews. The built in speakers aren’t great but it’s a nice option to have for rare people who don’t own speakers.The one thing I did not like was the VESA mounting design. I can maybe forgive the tiny screws however it can’t fully screw all the way in without doing damage to the plastic. Either poor design or intentional so you are forced to buy their mounting arms.

I genuinely wanted to love this purchase but within four hours of having this monitor I am ready to return it. The plastic feels slightly cheap, and within four hours of using the monitor I’m already having technical issues with the screen flashing colors. My friend who is super tech savvy was trying to figure out how to fix it but even he suggested I should try a different monitor. I will say the color of the monitor is beautiful, and that’s what brought me to purchase this. Being able to move the monitor at different angles was nice. Though overall I would give One star

I’ve been waiting for a pink affordable monitor since I was old enough to play video games. Absolutely worth the price, display is crisp and clean with no frame or pixel issues whatsoever. Once I expand the desk I’ll be getting a second one for sure

Excellent monitor for the price. I was looking for a 32”, 144hz monitor and had recently purchased a Benq that was working well, but I wanted something less expensive. The Pixio PX32U Wave fit the bill but I was very hesitant because it is a relatively new brand. Took the chance and it works great both with a M2 Mac Mini and a M2 MacBook Pro using display port connection. I wanted the 144hz refresh rate for scrolling since I find scrolling with slower refresh rates choppy and very hard on the eyes. The colour is good. Blacks are nice and the screen is very sharp. Nice for scrolling, scanning web pages and reading. I’d buy it again.

Photos are 1. Mac Display settings – 2. A before cellphone photo zoomed in of old LG 1080 27″ monitor – 3. Pixio 4K 27″ monitor, for comparison. – My eyes feel So Much Better !!! Easier to read text in 4K, fonts now have crisp smooth well defined edges. I paired this 4K monitor with a M4 Mac Mini pro and a fire-wire to display port cable and get 160HZ refresh rate. I have the iMac scaling at 1080 so my icons are not too small, but it is 4K, that’s how mac settings work. My 4K security cams look better than ever with new details. Youtube 4K vids look grand as well. Would recommend this monitor for the price range!

J’ai passé pas mal de temps à chercher et à comparer, voir si je pourrais trouver mieux, mais j’ai quand même fini par jeter mon dévolu sur cet écran, et je ne regrette absolument pas. De loin le meilleur rapport qualité/prix pour sa catégorie et vu ce qu’il offre ! Jouer là dessus est un régal pour les yeux, l’image est top.Et le petit plus, la possibilité de l’avoir en blanc, pour ceux qui ont un setup de cette couleur, c’est top.
