My monitor shows No Signal then goes into power saving mode. How do I fix this?
There is a shortcut key that allows you to enter the input selection menu, even when the monitor is in Power Saving mode. The key is different for each model, so please consult the manual to find the input selection shortcut key for your monitor.
How do I turn off/on my monitor?
There is usually a jog button behind the monitor or a power button along the bottom-bezel of the monitor. While it is off, pressing the button once will turn on the monitor. To turn it off, press and hold the button for about 3-5 seconds.
Where can I find firmware updates for my monitor?
Check our website for monitor firmware updates. If not found, contact customer support. Do not use another model’s firmware to avoid issues we cannot assist with.
How do I set my resolution or refresh rate?
Every device you connect the monitor to should have some sort of Display Settings where you can change the refresh rate or resolution to what the monitor supports. Please contact customer support if you need further assistance.
My monitor is showing a black screen, but the power LED is blue. What’s wrong?
Swap display cables and try different ports on your computer. Test the monitor on various devices. If the issue persists, contact our customer support for assistance.

I feel like the title says it all! This is a great choice for a gaming/home office setup. Nope! Only positive is the color
I had 3 of these and all stopped working properly after a short period of time. I was informed that they received a bad batch of these monitors from their suppliers overseas but the return process of dealing with the company was absolutely awful. Although the color looks really really good. Honestly, it’s not worth the headache hopefully the new matches of monitors let other customers avoid the experience I had.

cute but didn’t work properly?
so it worked when i got it all set up, everything was working cute and perfectly, and about 2 or 3 hours of playing i was afk but still sitting at my desk talking to my boyfriend and his friend when all of a sudden the screen started tweaking out, and he thought it was something happening with the laptop (because i use a gaming laptop since i don’t have a PC yet) and he picked up the monitor and the bottom right corner was extremely hot to the touch- he works in a dish pit so his hands are used to being burned and this hurt him.i’m not sure if i got a defective monitor or something but just make sure you don’t throw away the boxes like i did, rookie mistake.i hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else, i get that things happen, electronics aren’t always perfect so im not mad. its better that we had this happen early (literally the day after i got it) rather than later and not be able to return it.it is really cute though! i wish it worked for me but im gonna probably get something that has more reviews with high ratings.i took a second video, not knowing i couldn’t upload 2 videos for my review, to get a second view of it not being my laptop but the monitor itself i think it like just completely shut off!? the light to indicate the monitor is plugged in completely turned off after the screen shut off in the video so im not sure if it broke and i got it on recording. anywho, make sure you do your research. i hope that soon pixio will make better monitors so i can buy from them again.

Great Monitor, Good Price
It’s a great monitor, it’s my 3rd Pixio and my second of this specific model. Best option that I know of for 1080p gaming, no complaints here!I haven’t had any issues with monitors breaking, and I’m not gentle with mine. As a matter of fact, I punched one decently hard at one point (no comment as to why, lol) and yes, it did have the classic lines and splotch of dead pixels, the rest of the screen was entirely usable. Decently heavy, won’t fall off your desk easily, and comes in a well-protected box.

First off, the purple color is so cute. (I know that’s not important for everyone but was definitely a reason for me) It was important to get a monitor that fit my aesthetics and this purple comes off as more of a lilac purple rather than a fuchsia purple.The resolution is great for the value. About Full HD at 1080p views great.There isn’t much height adjustment, more like a little swivel to the left/right.And a very simple monitor, 5 simple buttons on the bottom right corner that adjusts output and menu.On top of all this, remember to keep all your packaging for warranty. It was very easy to register for warranty as well.The only downside was that the speakers aren’t very loud and even on the highest level, sounds like it may blow out the speaker. The highest level doesn’t even compare to the highest level on a IPhone. Definitely buy speakers to hook onto your pc for better sound.

Couldn’t find this lovely blue color monitor that matches my room anywhere. Pixio always thinks about us aesthetic gaming setup chasers. The quality is superb, its not heavy like a giant cow like my old Sceptre monitor either. It’s lightweight, the mount arm was easy to setup as well. The resolution is perfect too. Best purchase.

It‘s a really cute monitor, wish it was adjustable up and down but totally fine if I get a monitor riser and i‘m using something temporarily from home (･ัω･ั) It is as described and super easy to assemble, & a huge upgrade from my previous monitor which was an old HP plus the cables are white so they suit the aesthetic as well and not totally in the way ^^ also this is at it‘s lowest brightness because my eyes were a little stunned

This was a HUGE upgrade from my old monitor (one on the right) and I instantly saw a difference in quality. My old one was okay, I think 60hz, but this one is so much smoother! I absolutely love it and so far, has had no complications. Setting up was super easy too, all you do is snap it in place and connect. The pink is also such a cute shade and the colours seem so much brighter. Since I have them side by side, I can spot out the differences pretty easily, like how I never noticed my old one had such a yellow hue/tint to it. I had some friends try it out too, and they’ve already been thinking of purchasing for their next paycheck!

It’s really nice on the ps5, just make sure to adjust your saturation on the monitor settings in the category where it says ‘colour’ ‘ I have mine i think between 60-80. The only thing that bothers me it has a thin white shade like a filter sorta. Other than that everything is so nice 🐈
