Great chair, a bit tricky to assemble alone
This chair is incredibly comfortable and well-designed. The mesh back and seat keep you cool, and the adjustable armrests and lumbar support make it easy to find the perfect position. The wheels glide smoothly, which is a nice touch.Good to mention that assembling it alone can be a bit challenging—some parts would be easier with an extra set of hands like when you connect seat to the spinal part. But once it’s put together, it’s solid and feels very high quality for it’s price. Definitely a great purchase for the price! Highly recommend

Assembly was a breeze with the clear instructions and included tools, and it arrived earlier than expected. The chair is incredibly sturdy and stable, with plenty of customizable features to make it fit your needs perfectly. Beyond its functionality, it looks classy and expensive, making it a great addition to any office. Overall, this is a fantastic product that combines comfort, durability, and style. Highly recommended!

Amazing chair
Incredible value for what you get. It’s a very comfortable chair with a mesh back, featuring adjustable lumbar support and head rest. Other companies charge thousands of dollars for similarly designed chairs. It comes with everything you need to assemble the chair, which was quick and easy. I’m really happy with the back and neck support and no longer have the usual back/neck pain after work. Can’t recommend it enough.

Comfortable, functional budget office chair, no customer support, would buy again
A comfortable low-cost, no-frills office chair. Would probably purchase again even with lack of support.Note: The first 2 images are odd because I used the iPhone’s hold-and-isolate-image feature and it didn’t do so well with the chrome legs.Likes:The chair was surprisingly comfortable. The “mesh” bottom is supported at the front with a foam bolster and the seat frame is wide enough so that I’m sitting between the hard plastic rather than the edges biting into my legs or bottom.Having individual bolt-on wheels support legs is good. It helps reduce the size of the box and, with the center cover, looks nicer than a single-piece plastic leg/wheel support.There’s no strong plastic/chemical odor.The frame, chromed parts, and arms feel like a quality product.The armrest pads (not the posts) move in 2 axes; forward and backwards on top of the armrest posts as well as towards and away from the user on top of the armrest posts. They also rotate to point “in” or “out”. It would be better, perhaps, if the entire mount were adjustable, but it’s a nice touch for an otherwise no-frills chair.Lumbar support is good.The instructions were clear and easy to understand.The bolts were packaged nicely with a T-handle Allen wrench and there was 1 extra bolt of each of the 4 different types used.There aren’t any molding flashes or sharp edges.Dislikes:The mesh is not a true weave. It’s individual plastic strands heat fused into a mesh pattern. It looks nice, but if there’s any damage it’s going to be near catastrophic as it’s not a single strand that’ll be damaged but the entire supporting piece of plastic. However, for the price, this is what was expected.The plastic bubbles with the bolts keep them separate, but be sure to note which are which before sliding the cardboard backing away as 3 of the 4 are very similar. There’s no marking on the bolts for A, B, C, etc.The packing arrangement left a dent in one of the armrests. Time will tell if it will expand back out or not. I’m guessing not.Biggest issue was with the wheels. Almost all of the office chairs at this price point use rollerblade-style wheels and note this as a selling point. They’re no good. They raise the overall height of the chair, they don’t roll well on hard surfaces, and because they’re a larger diameter and of a very soft compound, they don’t change direction well when doing something like pulling the chair back from under the desk and then pushing it forward again.Customer service is, to this point, non-existent. Knowing that these resellers usually have sets of the “real” wheels these chairs come with everywhere else in the world, I tried to contact them to see if they’d send a set. The live chat indicated they are “usually” available between 8 am and 5 pm PT. I tried to chat a 3 pm PT and no one was online. It also states your chat will be answered via email if no one’s available. More than 24 hours later I have yet to see a response or even an automated response. I also tried their support email and received no reply or automated response. I did receive an automated response to my warranty registration, but the bottom of the email says “We’re here to help” but isn’t a link and so far, they haven’t been “here” to help.The headrest feels much cheaper than the rest of the chair. It pivots but doesn’t have detents, it’s just held in position by friction and I can see this wearing out quickly and drooping.Overall I’m pretty satisfied with this chair. It’s not one of those back-killing gamer chairs with cheap foam seat and back material, the mesh does its job and provides good support. The 2-piece back provides good lumbar support as well, much better than I expected. I selected this chair partly based on the Amazon note that this product is returned fewer times than other similar products. I also compared it to other identical products on Amazon that were more expensive but didn’t provide any additional functionality. It’s not an Aeron, but if you expect Aeron quality and features, go buy an Aeron. I’m satisfied enough that even with the lack of customer service I will probably buy another one if this one’s still holding up 2 months from now.

I looked for a chair office like a weeks and even tried another supplier with 4k review, but believe it or not I have received everything but quality. Finally I change my matrix and guess what, I found the best chair ever, super easy to install , super comfortable and very compatible. So happy with my purchase
