Solid performance and build quality for the price,
I buy and test a lot of phones to compare performance between brands and other general specifications. For under $100 this phone is a great value. The camera is only so so but perfectly functional – however people buying a phone at this price point probably aren’t concerned about top line picture quality. The call quality and battery life are excellent as is the 128 Gig of storage. The phones 1.6 GHz processor combined with four gigs of actual RAM and four gigs of additional virtual RAM move the phone along nicely for multitasking 3-4 tasks without issue. I really like the fact that the phone came with not only a charger and cable, but a functional screen protector and case. That alone saves $10-$15 in extra cost. Note this phone only supports T-Mobile and its resellers in the US. So no AT&T or Verizon. But if you want this for a backup phone or for a high school student it’s an excellent choice as lots of Tmobile resellers (like Tello and Metro by Tmobile) offer a range of cost-effective prepaid plans that won’t break the bank. The phone is 4G only but I had no problems getting a strong signal for calls and respectable download speeds. I think NUU is onto something with quality build low cost phones that meet a variety of consumer needs. I plan to buy a few other models of their phones to see if performance is just as consistent but I’m very pleased with this purchase. As a last point this phone is dual SIM, and also supports a microSD card to expand storage if you only use one SIM card.

Good low cost phone.
I bought this phone as a back up phone and also as a travel phone for when I go to certain areas that aren’t the safest places to be. It is dual sim so that when outside the country a local area sim card can be purchased and easily installed to accomadate your needs. I put a prepaid simple mobile sim card in it and it works just fine. It’s not the fastest phone around but still does the job it needs to do. It comes with a screen cover pre installed and I like the flexible case it comes with. It doesn’t have an esim feature but that usually isn’t expected on a phone priced this low. As far as being a phone for a teenager, well……(A) Teenagers need to do their homework and not be on the phone.(B) They need to clean their room.(C) They need to help out with the yard work.Still this is a decent phone and can be used for just about anybody. A great burner, a back up phone that is good enough for those on a budget. It definetly deserves a good review!

Works with TextNow SIM for a cheap phone backup
I saw a review on PCWorld or PCMag or one of those websites about this phone and I bought it on a whim to stick a TextNow SIM card in it. Will it replace my Google Pixel or my iPhone? No. Will it do in a pinch if I ever need an emergency phone to take with me or a burner phone? Absolutely! Works great with the TextNow SIM! It’s a little slow, the camera stinks, but the screen is nice and it comes with nice extras like a case and a screen protector and get this, it even comes with a charging cable and a USB – USB-C plug to plug it in. That’s rare these days with phones! This would probably make the perfect intro smartphone for your kid.

Battery dead won’t turn on
Used it for a month and now the battery is completely dead and it will no longer charge. It started with charging so slow that even while plugged you can see the phone dying and it it won’t turn up .

This is a great product in general, unfortunately the driver keep delivering all my orders to my neighborI have reported this issue but they keep sending the same drivers that don’t now how to read or look for the right address. I believe this person is lazy.

I bought two of these for my grandsons for Christmas. I set them up on Tello’s phone plan and they moved back to Missouri. I have not had one issue with the service nor these phones. I can’t believe phones today run about $1000 which is ridiculous….. so I was skeptical about these because they were only 100 bucks but let me tell you I am so impressed they work great! It is hard to find a heavy duty case for them, but my grandsons are eight and 10 and I am so impressed with the functionality of these phones for $100 each fantastic buy I highly recommend these.

Stopped charging,
Im rating this 3 stars based on: it was a decent phone until it stopped working.Initially, out of the box:1. phone was easy to set up2. It loaded everything quickly and took decent pics.3. case/screen protector included4. Phone feels like a solid phone, as compared to the Motorola budget end phones that are bulky plastic. I thought I wasn’t plugging my charger in and didn’t realize the device stopped working. The device would say the battery was charging, but nothing higher than 1-3%.The touch screen wasn’t working well and now it’s definitely not working; neither is the charger and battery.My Motorola phones or Samsung, have always lasted. iPhones I avoid, but they last.Suffice to say, you get what you pay for and read the reviews !The battery, charging port , holding a charge and touch screen issues seem to be typical of this phone brand.Attaching a screenshot to show the Wi-Fi signal/ battery charging icon.Look at the battery charging icon and it’s not even showing the full charging bolt! This is not good.
