I recently purchased this office chair, and I am quite satisfied with the overall experience. The instructions were simple, so it just took me 10 minutes to put it together. The material is also very comfortable and breathable, making it possible to sit for long periods of time without pain. The product is not at all good. The lumbar support is defective and when I asked for the replacement of the part, vendor says that the damaged part cannot be replaced.

The chair is so comfy! It’s very easy to assemble; took about 15 minutes to put together. The amazing part is that both the neck and waist supports can be adjusted separated with many gears. The two elbow supports can also be set with different height and width. Perfectly aligned to my need. Used it for a week and loved it!

Como no encuentro cómo preguntarle al vendedor lo escribo por acá, no he descubierto cómo se ajusta el soporte lubar, que según en las imágenes se ajusta en dos direcciones, solo me deja suburlo pero no me deja bajarlo de nuevo. ¿alguien me puede decir cómo se hace?
