So far so good! It’s been a great computer!
So far I am very happy with this laptop. Everything functions as expected except for the fingerprint option. I suspect this is not a computer problem however and more of a Microsoft issue. It is also very fast. I am very glad that I decided to take a risk on an unfamiliar brand as it seems to meet the highest of standards in comparison to any of the name brand laptops. It’s also nice to know I have a 2 year warranty on it although I hope to not have to use it. Customer service is also very responsive as I asked a few questions before I purchased it and they responded very quickly. I do however wish their was a way to make the fingerprint option more functional.

Worth every penny.
I hated that you had to have a Microsoft account to even use it. I had to create a new account or wait for days for Microsoft to decide I didn’t provide enough information for them to let me change my password. And this was all before I did ANYTHING. The laptop is lovely though and I can watch all my NASA space videos and I have tons I’m going to use it for and feel confident it will be able to keep up. The space videos really are stunning and I can’t wait to see what I can do with this thing.

I haven’t done too much on it yet but it’s pretty fast. It’s really thin and works great. Comparable HP laptop was $300 more.

I am very satisfied with my purchase!
I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance and quality, plus the speed of shipping and the careful packing. I experienced some stress transferring content from my old laptop to this one but was able to solve everything satisfactorily, took a couple of days and some external assistance with correctly partitioning my hard drive, but now everything runs smoothly. I even found out how I can write in Spanish with accents and ñ, yey! after some sleuthing on the internet… I can recommend this device. I have just started using it and time will tell, but so far so good!

I asked my good friend for some help with purchasing a new laptop. I gave him my needs and wants. After a few days of research, this was his choice and I immediately purchased. Misleading graphic memory
This laptop is great for anything other then gaming. Although there is 32gbs of ram, there is only 512mb of VRAM through its integrated graphics. So if you play a game on this laptop such as call of duty black ops 6, the game will need 2.10gb of graphics memory to function properly at its lowest level of play.
