Recieved wrong color, loose parts inside, and can’t connect to external wifi.
The concept of the device is great. I expected to have to do some tweaking. I didn’t expect the wrong color that doesnt match other accessories. For the purpose of a Christmas present that doesn’t leave time to correct the issue. This seller seems like they just pushed the device out without any quality control. The protective film on the screen was all scratched up and I suspect the item I received may be a used return.

Works well, if you know how to solder. Not wanted to leave a negative review, but the product refused to boot at first. The battery seemed to be 100% charged but when I connected it to the charger, I received just a blinking red light indicating that something was wrong. Removed the battery and the blinking light was still there, then placed the battery again just to discover there was something loose inside the battery: The blinking light became solid red after applying some pressure.After careful inspection I realized that one of the contacts on a tiny PCB inside the battery became loose. I know this is something that could happen in the electronics industry, but this just demonstrates lack of quality control.After soldering the loose contact everything became normal, and my children are successfully playing with the device. Why not just returning the device back? Too much time. Less tech waste.Summary: buy at your own risk or return it if it doesn’t work.

Bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas. Arrived promptly. It says 7000 games included, but actually has 22000+ games on it. Easy to use, didn’t have any discrepancy between color I ordered or looking “used” like some other buyer claimed.. thing is mint and works instantly
