Love the Chair and A+ Customer Service
I absolutely love this chair! A couple of reviews said that it was too hard and uncomfortable. I have a spinal injury, and this is extremely comfortable for me. It is very firm. Personally, it has just the right amount of give when your weight is on it. It’s not something that you will sink into. It provides perfect support for me. It looks great, and it’s the perfect size for me at 5’11” and 165 lbs. It has adjustment options for height and reclining. It’s very sturdy and easy to assemble. I have to also give customer service an A+. The right armrest had gotten squished a bit. Probably, the base rested against it when it was packed. I contacted customer service to ask for a replacement, and I quickly got the offer for either a 15% refund or a new arm… along with repeated apologies. I got the new arm very quickly with no problems at all. You can see everything in the attached video. I can’t recommend this chair enough. It’s absolutely perfect for me. When I need any more chairs for my YouTube channel, I will definitely want to purchase from this company again. I appreciate quality and style, but even more so, I appreciate customer service.

Perfect for the gamersReally love this chair!!! It’s perfect for the gamers in family. It’s priced well and better than I expected. Super comfy and lets me sit in all sorts of positions. It’s fully adjustable, sturdy, and has a footrest. Easy to assemble and I didn’t need any extra tools. The fabric seems to be good quality and it is stylish. This chair is remarkably well built, and very comfortable. Although designed as a gaming chair it would also make a great office chair. It takes a bit of assembly time but not overly difficult. It’s one tough & comfy chair.

It was very easy to assemble and there is a video on YouTube if you get stuck with anything. It took me around 20 minutes to put it all together. The chair is very comfortable, and it looks sleek. For the price, this is a STEAL!

Product is awesome but SERVICE was spectacular
Item was well manufactured and very easy to assemble. My item had one issue bad stitching on the very last part to unwrap and install. I sent a message to the seller/ manufacturer around 9am on Feb 6th at 11:16 same day Chuck from Customer Support read my issue ask if I could send pic’s so they could better understand also asked for my shipping address. sent both to him some time after his email and thanked him for such fast response and explained the photo’s I believe quality control or an inspector missed this problem since the make so many of these and other products. I saw that they had replacement parts as it’s only the right armrest and I said I’d be good with that. I did not want to disassemble and ship back waiting or getting a refund. Chuck responded on Feb 7th at 4:17 pm that sorry for the inconvenience and they take this seriously. They informed me they placed an order for both the right and left armrests. And after they are inspected and shipped from there facility they would get me the tracking # . SO IN 1 DAY I GOT AN AWESOME PRODUCT except the small issue. And I received AN AWESOME RESPONSE AND A RESOLVE FROM AN AWESOME COMPANY.I have and will continue to talk to people about both. Thank you Chuck for you Support and your team. Best ever.
