Don’t waste your time or money dealing with this mess.
Don’t do it. Not only does it take forever to get the money refunded but you have the worst scam in the history of monitors. The quality of this monitor is horrible. VERY VERY BAD. An for the price and advertised quality, it is sad. If you look from anything other than directly on, then the whole screen fades and blurs. I was very disappointed.

Worth the wait
It took Amazon over two and half weeks to deliver my order and I’m glad I waited. I purchased this 4K UHD curved monitor mainly for editing photos and video contents, but it ended up replacing my TV as the panel delivered better images, color, detail, and clarity. My son also tried it with his Xbox and the games just ran flawlessly. Overall, the MSI MAG 321CUP is a well-built monitor that’s good for office, productivity, and gaming use and that meets all of my requirements.

Good Monitor for the Money
Got my monitor and for $400 you can’t go wrong. I got this for productivity but if I want to game in 4k it will work great. The reviews on Amazon aren’t great but on Best Buy and Newegg it’s much better. So far worth the money.

Dead pixel
Had a dead pixel out the box. Tried everything to get a replacement. Amazon would not allow. So finally was able to return the monitor. I’m going LG from now onEdit * been waiting for a refund since Amazon received the monitor back December 9th. Do not order this monitor. Seems I’ll have to file a case to fight for my money back

I just received this monitor during a Black Friday sale here in Canada. I unpacked it and set it up right away.The refresh rate is 160 Hz, but the maximum setting on Windows 11 is 144 Hz, and I can’t see how to adjust it on its OSD setting via the red Joystick Navigator at the back of the monitor.Please let us know if a reader knows how to adjust its OSD settings.
