It doesn’t work. I have been back and for with Amazon and the seller. When I received the phone and I started to use it when it went to factory reset and now I can’t open anything on the phone. They asked me to print a return label and sent me a link that doesn’t open to anything. Im very frustrated. I just want to exchange the phone to one that works.

Issues turning off and on (FIXED)
Edit: Problems stated below were resolved using the following steps: (1) Factory reset (2) Install all software and security updates (3) Not sure if necessary, but charged the phone up to 100% and let it drain back down as a battery test. I’m going to keep monitoring the performance to see if it really was just a software issue. Other than this problem, I really love the phone!5 minutes after using it, the screen turned off and wouldn’t turn back on. Went to try charging it and it said it was at 0%, despite being at 45% when it arrived. When it sat on the charger for about 30 seconds, it would jump up to the previous charge level and finally turn on. Every time I turn it off it gives me the same problem, so I’m returning it immediately because this shouldn’t be happening with a “new” phone.

I bought this opened the package plugged it in and the screen was broken. The outside screen was fine but the flat screen was just scrambled and couldn’t see anything on it
