ANSWER FOR THE BLUETOOTH PROBLEM
I was originally going to write a review like everyone else talking about the quality, the size, the comfort the value for the money, the height wise, and then of course, just like everyone else talking about the Bluetooth problem, well, I have your solution, the summary in the video that is linked with the actual product it does not show how to actually hook up the Bluetooth after doing some very very heavy digging. I found a review from a lady who bought this chair from walmart.com and she said the exact location where the wire is located for the Bluetooth it’s a separate wire and it’s a USB powered connection if you go at the very bottom of the chair tucked away in the frame connected to the base you will find the USB wire it took me hours to find it, but I found it and I can’t lie. The volume is actually really good. The sound quality is as good as you can get with a gaming chair, but the volume was my main source of reasoning for buying this chair and it’s very loud. I only give this product four stars because it’s not extremely comfortable, but I understand in a way because how would you feel the massage? The build quality of the chair is not the greatest but if you treat it right then it should last you a long time. The look of it is really nice and the height is perfect for someone of my size of almost 6 feet, anyways I give this product four out of five stars not unsatisfied.

Do NOT buy for PC gaming
I’ll start with the good things first.The material used feels good quality, and the actual hardware feels like it will last for quite a while.It feels sturdy, like you will never accidently fall out of this thing, or have it break on you.And unfortunately, that’s about all I have to say for the good things about this chair.Now for the reasons that I listed this as 2-star.I said that this chair is made with pretty good material, and that is true, with 1 exception. The armrests feel like they can’t hold up to much weight and I feel like after some time, they are going to be the first things to warp and eventually break.This is listed as a “gaming chair” before you buy this just know that you can’t actually raise the chair WHATSOEVER. Not 1 inch. Who would make a gaming chair that can’t raise? This product is advertised as being able to be used at a desk, specifically in their first picture in their description. “Are you someone that spends a minimum of 6 hours a day at your work desk?; …our COMPUTER chair is designed to provide the comfort and convenience you need in an office.” A chair meant to be used at a desk should be able to raise, not all desks are the same height and people generally do not use desks that are low enough to the ground to be able to use this chair effectively. The armrests are also way too low, even when compared to the low height of the chair, to do anything for you while you are working or gaming at your PC.The fixed base, I thought, wasn’t going to be a problem for me at a desk, but I was completely wrong as this chair is too heavy to move without actually standing up in the first place, which defeats the entire purpose of using it at a desk. I can’t say I blame them too much for this one, as I didn’t think that issue through enough, though, again, the weight was a surprise.The massage functions are mediocre at best, it seems pretty strong, but it’s way too dispersed to really do anything other than shake you, my bet would be that there is too much material between you and the massagers. The thing that bothers me the most about all the modes they have, there is no mode for just constant vibration, it’s nothing but patterns, and that’s really disappointing.Overall, I could see people that put this in their living rooms and play on consoles away from the TV where they could lay back and get comfortable enjoying this, at least a bit more than I did, but as for trying to use this at a desk? Forget it, save your money. If I didn’t already give away my other chair, I would send this one back without a second thought. Very disappointed with what I expected to get out of this chair for over $300.

Gaming Chair
The chair is pretty cool. Bought it as a gift for their Birthday. The massager worked but the speakers did not. I couldn’t figure out how it didn’t considering it said it came with speakers and was blue tooth compatible. I would have went with a different chair if I would have known that part wasn’t going to work on the chair.

Not satisfied
This is the second time I’ve purchased this chair. First time didn’t come with the parts to put together. Got a refund and repurchased it for my son. Putting it together and the screws don’t match up where they are to be connected to other parts of chair. Very disappointed about this because this is the second time my son has looked forward to getting this gaming chair in front of his desk to enjoy. Will have to send it back and get a refund because can’t put it together.

if you bought one of these and can’t figure out how to get the speakers to work look underneath the seat for the usb plug hook that in and they will work I have seen a lot of reviews about the speakers not working

Suprisingly good
Was looking for a large comfy chair that was not super tall. This chair feels very stable, seat is long, and wide enough to sit cross leg on. The bluetooth speakers are about what you would expect. The heated seat and back/leg massage feature is very strong! Massage is good, but kind of loud. Seat does not recline super far, but overall build quality and comfort is pretty good. Key selling points were the length of the seat, low to the ground, and vibrating massage feature. This is not your standard “Racing Gaming Chair” definitely an oddball, but perfect for my specific needs.
