This works perfect for my son’s Xbox Series S controllers. It fits great and allows him to be able to type so much easier on chat with his friends. The color, design, and quality is the same as the pictures. We’ve had no issues with the connectivity at all. It is also light weight and very durable.

I was impressed with how quickly this keyboard arrived and the condition it is in, but unfortunately, it is a little buggy. While it plugs into the controller easily and appears to connect automatically upon plugging everything in according to the instructions— it seems to have stopped working shortly after typing. It even causes my controller’s power button to malfunction a little. All in all, it may just be my battery pack not being fully charged. If that is the case, it’s perfect and worth buying if you wanna talk smack faster in lobbies 😀

This thing is an absolute game changer and a must have for MMOs. I used to have the original OEM chatpad for 360 and resigned myself to not having one when MS never came out with one for current controllers. It didn’t dawn on me until recently that the aftermarket would have a perfect replacement! I’m so glad to have one of these back on my controller.GoodCompatibility – This fits the current Series X controller and the Elite 2! Even better is you can charge the Elite 2 in it’s charging case with it on! My hats off to them, they really did their homework on this one.Backlighting – This is also a great feature that I wouldn’t want to be without. Green was a good choice. It’s not harsh, yet it’s very bright.Bad or not so badFit – Not really a complaint but the fit is probably 99.8% It snaps in there, but there’s the tiniest feeling flex or play in the fit. I’m really nitpicking though, as it’s still very securely on. This is probably as good as it gets with aftermarket.Quality – If I remember right, the original 360 chatpad controller felt like it used much better plastics. As you’d expect, this one is pretty smooth (in contrast to the controller), and a bit light and cheap feeling.Buttons – The buttons are solid rubber with kind of a cheap calculator feel (no tactility). In contrast, the original chatpad did have a click feel when depressing buttons and each key was made of hard plastic.If you have any need to type in game, this is the one to buy. Until MS releases an OEM version, I think this is as good as it gets. It’s very inexpensive and does everything it should.

There has been a quite a few reviews here claiming that this product is an absolute god sent. Let me address this to you, this product isnt it. Allow me to go over the good the bad and the ugly. It was functional in game thats I didnt even expect to support keyboards and in some cases the AWSD even acted as analog keys in shooters much like on a regular PC keyboard. That was surprising but utterly useless because keys are too small, even for my thing and frail fingers. The brightness on the keys are exceptional. At first you will believe you have a quality product which is deceiving, but Ill explain that later. The lights on the keyboard will automatically shut off when not in used and restart again when using. Thats a very good thing especially since it will drain your controller’s battery. Quite quickly as well. (assuming you dont have it plugged in)The fit and finish, well, its a hit and miss. The finish is great. The buttons are all rubberized and not too sticky. the overall material is pretty average so dont expect top quality stuff. As long as you dont throw your controller, the keyboard will be fine. The fit of the apparatus is a miss. It will for sure fit into your controller but there is no *click* that lets you know that its been inserted properly. Ii fact, its hard to know when its officially inserted into your controller.So wheres the problem?Simple. Its stopped working. It happened after a week and i was not even using it it very heavely. So because of that I cannot recommend it. At all. You can go ahead and believe the other reviews if you like but based on my experience, this wasnt it, chief. SKIP!

Works for Diablo 4
I got this because Diablo 4s onscreen keyboard is a hassle. This isn’t going to make you type as fast as you would on a cell phone or a computer keyboard but it will make you type a lot faster than the on screen one.Since almost nothing is linked to the input of the buttons I just wish they were more sensitive, I often find myself needing to correct something [which the back space is also awkwardly placed near the space bar] because I did not click down hard enough on the button to get it to register. Overall, it does what it is designed to do but is nothing to write home about.It also makes your controller extra bulky, users with small hands beware.

Got it for the games that you have to annoyingly type on screen to chat, (Diablo 4, Elderscrolls online, Throne of Liberty, etc.) this makes it so much easier to type, and it has no setup necessary, just plug into your controller and use it, and the fit is perfect under the controller.

Keyboard works great, makes typing in search bar in YouTube easy. I like the backlight feature. Just FYI, if you have grips on your controller it may be difficult to put on, which means even without grips it’s got a sturdy hold. Luckily the one I use it on has worn out grips.

Its hard to press letter “p”. it’s frustrate. Have to press harder to get P working. I dont know whats the process need to be done to get it fixed?Edit: The Product recently contacted me and Immediately replace the product for no extra charges. Which is much appreciate I need even though I’m not rich. The replaced product is in excellent condition. Everything is working well and I’ve been satisfactory and comfortable with replaced ones.Previous was at one star. And This is now 5 star.

Chat pad doesn’t work with headset like it’s supposed to. You can hear, however the microphone on headset does not work when chatpad is attached – not the headset as unplugged chat pad and all is fine and working. Have tried to contact seller for advice but they have made no contact to find a resolution. Won’t shop with them again. Don’t buy this product if you plan to use with a headset.
