Supercomputer in a pint size box
Amazing fast little machine. I did find best to support 2 in above the metal desk. Seems to get better Wi-Fi that way..

Important! Read This Before You Check Specs, Better Than Advertised
The specs state that the NVME SSD (Hard Drive) is Gen 3 and all of the YTube reviews I’ve seen say (and show) the same thing.I just ordered this and while setting it up with RAM and HD upgrade, discovered the stock SSD to be a GEN Four. It’s a Crucial P3 Plus, no less, an excellent drive. Ran Crystal Disk, specs-out as advertised. Not the king of the hill, but much better than the GEN 3 (usually Lexar) it is stated to ship with. The PC itself is fantastic, lives up to all the great reviews all over the internet. I’ve already tested it with Audials Ultra, Video Editing, extensive Photo editing from all the top esoteric (demanding) software labels and it’s clobbered everything hands down. Buy this!…

Died after 3 weeks and waiting repaired unit for 5 months and counting
After a few weeks, this tiny PC started malfunctioning with a blue screen and other funny behaviors.I contacted the support service, and after being instructed where to ship it, I packed it with its original box and sent it to the support center. Then, the nightmare began. After a few weeks, I started asking about the status of the repair and was instructed to be patient. Then again, after a month, 2 months, 3 months…Then, after more apologetics emails informing me about holidays, personal problems, sick leave, time off, etc., of the various people that were supposed to take care of the problem, now after 5 months, I have been informed the technician that was in charge to repair the unit has quit the company…and of course, ai may understand why…I am writing this review to benefit all prospective customers willing to try this product. While I am still waiting for mine to be returned, hopefully, it will be fixed.

Died after 6 weeks
Video output failed after 6 weeks. Contacted support, haven’t heard anything back after 3 days. Will update review if that changes, but for now, would highly recommend avoiding this brand.Update: after several days of emails with reatan( I think there was a language barrier) in which I finally convinced them that o couldn’t update a driver on a pc that won’t boot, got a refund from Amazon. So it got fixed in the end, so upgrading to 3 stars since it was resolved and aside from it dying ( a big aside) it seems solid and dual booted Ubuntu fine
