Spiffy little pc..
Needed a new PC that had windows 11 and was compact for my small desk, but still speedy. Didn’t want a laptop. They are too pricey and too big. Already have a great monitor, keyboard, many peripheral hard drives, etc.This PC has a fast 500gb nve drive, 16gb of ram, an i7 Intel processor, and an ample built-in sound card that runs my 4k monitor just fine.Great speed, functionality, handles all my peripherals, and is really compact.Only $459. Love it!!

Great little machine, helpful responsive customer service
I’ve had this machine since March and it’s pretty great. It’s small and powerful enough for my needs (I’m using it for basic 3d modeling to go with my 3d printer and it will eventually replace my aging media server as well). I did have a problem with it; the hard drive died at around 3 months but customer service was responsive and covered a new drive for me. It took two days and I’m back in business. I’m pretty happy with my purchase.

EDIT: Was great in the beginning, but died in two months
It was working great and super fast in the beginning. Would occasionally notice it would wake up from Sleep mode but that’s no big deal. I wasn’t using it daily, but when I went to go turn it on today it was not coming on. Tried all the troubleshooting options related to power with no avail. Can’t even return for a replacement due to it being past 30 days….waste of $1000 ever.EDIT: I had spoke to the seller and they were very happy to assist with the issues I’ve been having, and they had sent over a replacement after I sent them the one I had first. I agreed to update the review upon receipt of the replacement, and I am happy to say that I am all set once more. Service was very prompt and I am glad they could ensure I was happy. Hopefully no set backs this time!

Internal Drive Failures
Be warned: I have bought 10 of these so far and have had 2 or 3 of the M.2 NVMe SSD drives fail after they were in production for a short period of time. Can’t contact support on those even though it’s been less than a year since I bought them so I purchased replacement drives and those have been running fine since.

Very good overall
Overall, this little PC rocks. I have a Razer EGPU connected to it and it can play games really well. However, there are a couple of issues I’ve noticed:1. The PC won’t boot past bios if the Display Port cable is connected to the EGPU. I need to manually unplug and move it over each time.2. The SSD came partitioned into two logical segments, each 256gb. Not a huge issue, just unexpected.3. Windows was already setup and I did not get the typical “new user setup” screen. This is a potential security issue since it’s not a fresh install. I now need to manually reinstall windows to make sure it doesn’t have any key loggers, etc.

Runs well, good support, has a thunderbolt 4 port. What’s not to like?
