The Height Level is not working
I bought this item hoping that I would be able to elevate my chair. I cannot get to go up and down. Why?

I expected cheap and functional, it’s only the first one
This is terrible, I excepted poor quality given the price, and was right on the money.However the unexpected surprise is that I needed a tap set to assemble mine. There are only 10 threaded inserts and 2 of mine were unusable because the weld spilled into the threads and u can use them without retapping the holes.This is sad.

Chair is ok it’s not for big & tall it’s small and it’s uncomfortable for my son .So Im trying to Return chair seller said I will pay for the shipping to return Chair seller said it’s Expensive to ship so he offer to take off $40 off the $279.00 chair .! Seller also told me if I do return Chair do it after The window for the return the he will give me full refund – shipping cost and if I return it before he will give me $50 for chair ..SO DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON CHAIR CUZ U CANT RETURN IT .
