Quality and comfortable chair – GOOD FOR SHORT PEOPLE TOO!
My favorite feature of this chair is the lumbar cushion for the lower back – it is adjustable and feels so good if you have lower back pain or if you don’t! It’s a great support…well made chair and super easy to assemble – that’s always a plus!

Amazing chair, amazing price
Amazing chair especially for the price, not sure about anybody else, but the lumbar support fits my back perfectly. There is a bounce on the seat when you sit down which is a nice touch, the cushion is very soft and thick, and the height is just right for me. Assembly is extremely easy and took less than 20 minutes.

the only dislike i have with the chair is because i am about 5′ 2″ reaching the headrest is a problem maybe you can make it more adjustable.

VERY COMFORTABLE!!!!The chair was packaged VERY well, parts EASILY identifiable, tool INCLUDED for EASY ASSEMBLY, and it came with GLOVES!I had always thought that a cushion style chair would be more comfortable, however, my wife suggested I go to the Office Supply store and try out ALL the chairs. They ranged from (around) $100 to upwards of $1,000!I found the mesh back with the cushion seat to be the MOST COMFORTABLE 😊I had already picked up a “gaming chair” from Sam’s, but after receiving this chair the next day, decided to put it together first. Needless to say, the chair from Sam’s is going back UNOPENED 😜.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this chair!

Its just okay.
The lumbar support sticks out too far into your back causing you to feel like you are not sitting vertical, therefore not aligned to computer screens or whatever you are using it for. The seat material makes it feel very hot.

Very well made had a small issue with the seat pad going flat almost immediately but chair is well made aside from this issue the chair is amazing but the best part is the response from the company selling the chair I had customer service message the seller 2 weeks later received a full replacement and the replacement is working fine extremely comfortable back lumbar support is excellentWant to give a huge shout out to the seller customer support teamWay to back your customerHuge thanks never had better support

Came with no instructions, screws or tools for assembly
I was so excited to get this chair. My back has been killing me working from home. I opened everything and went to put it together… there were no instructions, tools or screws with it for assembly. I could’ve probably figured out how to assemble it on my own, but I can’t do it without the hardware. Terrible.

Instructions were very easy to follow and the whole assembly took less than 20 min. It is super comfortable, I’ve never had a chair with lumbar support before, now it will be a requirement for any future purchases. Great chair and great price!
