Quality Headset
I have to say that this is the best headset I could find on Amazon. I have sent back 3 sets already, both wired and Bluetooth, some economically priced and some more expensive and they all lack in performance one way or another. The sound on these is great, no muffles or tin can sound, and everyone says I sone good to them. I am on Zoom probably 4 hours per day, so I need something dependable with good sound and these have it. The only knock on these is that the mic doesn’t swing 180 degrees so you cant use it on either side of your face, but that is something I can live with. If they had a Bluetooth version that works as well as these, I would buy it yesterday, but these will get the job done. Logitech is a name brand, and I have noticed that is what you really need to go by. All these other brands on Amazon are from brands you’ve never heard of so that explains the quality. My last good set that I stepped on and broke were from Plantronics.

Great product!
I’ve tried a few headsets, and these are the best ones! Especially if you WFH, their noise cancellation feature is amazing.. Others can’t hear you, especially if you keep it on mute! If you keep it tangled, they will eventually go out, but at least these are cheap enough to buy another pair and get them at a fast rate! Other than that, I recommend others to using this product!

Affordable and reliable headset
I don’t often write reviews, but as this is my third time buying these headphones, I figured I should. They have served me very well over the past five years. The first pair I got back in the summer of 2020 when I started having class meetings over Zoom, and needed to find a combined headset as my laptop microphone did not work with regular earbuds plugged in. The USB plug-in eliminates that as a problem. They lasted me about three years before the microphone stopped working, and then I ordered a replacement pair. This pair endured heavier use and traveled with me a lot more, but still lasted me about two years before the left side died. My newest replacement pair arrived two days ago and is working very well, and I hope it will last me another couple years. If you’re looking for affordable work headphones, I cannot recommend these enough.

If you are working from home, this headset works well. 1. The sound quality is good coming through my laptop, 2. The mic is clear and no one has had trouble hearing me, 3. They are light weight but not fragile, 4. The volume and mute is controlled from the cord, and 5. The headset is wired and has a cord, and the cord has a great range.If you are on a budget, this set will not disappoint. I will see how long it lasts and update then.

Just Bought 3rd Pair (Not As Good as first two pair)
When I began teaching online the fall of 2018, I bought my first pair of these headphones. I taught every morning for 4 hours and Friday and Saturday night for 4 – 6 hours. So these were well used. Currently, my son is still using them.I bought a back up pair in early 2020 and they stayed in the package for another year before my son needed an emergency pair and I gave the old ones and wore the new ones.The mic arm on that pair has always been tight and awkward … and sometimes it gets stuck and I have to wiggle the base a bit to get it to turn.So I wanted to upgrade and purchased two on the more expensive Logitech headsets .. that cover your entire ear.So, I’m nearly blind and rely on my sense of sound to compensate for what I cannot see. I was unprepared for the sense of unbalance with the full ear cover set. And I could not hear myself. And I had to keep reaching up to pull them away from my ears to let the air pressure equalize.I have one bright child, Anna, who only lasted 15 minutes with the new set before begging me to put on the old ones. (I can’t hear you with that one .. it just sounds so different.) We also tried the bluetooth set, and said the same thing. I began asking my other students … every one of them wanted me to use my old headphones. Although one said the bright color was “disturbing” after seeing the black ones for 3 years.With their urging, I bought a third pair of these. Not so comfortable at times, especially at the beginning, but they do loosen up over time.There is a volume / mute button on the cord that ONLY affects the volume … and it is super easy to run my hand down the side to adjust volume with each student and to mute myself for a cough or to talk to my kids for a second.Some kids claim that they can hear everything going on around me, and others don’t notice it. Only a few of my students use headphones or earbuds.I’m still teaching my same schedule here as 2023 progresses. And still wearing the same headphones.June 2024 … I finally had to retire the last pair of headphones, as the wires were become exposed. So, a year and a half after purchase, I pulled the 3rd pair out of their box. And I wish I could send them back. These are nowhere near the quality of the last two pair. How disappointed I am! The size adjustments keep sliding out, so the ears sag as I’m teaching. The feel of the plastic is much cheaper. I can hear the slide of the plastic when I adjust the mic up or down. These are horrible – but I’m stuck with them. Also, there is a “burr” of plastic sticking out that scrapes my leg while I’m teaching .. on the mic adjustment. I’m not sure how long these will last, but it’s not going to be the 3-4 years of the last two pair. These are horrible.

Great Buy! Affordable, clean crisp sound….
I’ve gone through several models of Jabra. Expensive and doesn’t last. I decided to give this Logitech headset a shot..it was cheap, didn’t have anything to lose. I received it today. Its a solid sleek looking headset. Good crisp sound quality. I like it. Great buy in my opinion!

Decent quality for the money.
I work in the customer service field. My days are spent on the phone dealing with customers and I needed something better than the crappy headset my company gave me. I’ve always liked Logitech products since they are usually good quality for the money. This headset is comfortable to wear and use all day long The clarity is good. voices sound rich but clear through the headphones and my customers rarel have issues hearing or understanding me. This headset can’t be beaten or the money. it was only about$22 but in classic Logitech fashion, it is better than average for the money. If you need a good-sounding headset for telephone use but don’t want to spend a lot., definitely check this one out.

Lavoro col PC e queste cuffie sono le prime con cui non ho fastidi anche dopo lunghe sessioni di utilizzo. Adatte ad un utilizzo generale (video, chiamate, etc.) e per un ascolto occasionale di musica, non sono ovviamente strumenti da audiofili. Pratica la connessione USB. Le uso da diverso tempo e hanno dimostrato una buona resistenza. Ottimo rapporto prezzo/prestazioni.
