Best wireless headset I could find for the money
I really like the headset. It’s not too heavy, it’s got great battery life, passable audio and mic quality, can be easily charged while wearing, and in theory, the battery can be swapped after years of use if it degrades. I’ve had my headset for over 2 years now and I haven’t noticed any battery degredation or any failures on the headset. I wish the headset got a little bit louder, but that’s probably due to hearing damage as I haven’t been impressed with the volume of any wireless headset or headphones.Speaking of wireless, the distance is really good I would say! It can travel through thin walls and can reach from my basement to the floor above it fairly consistently and even to some spots in the second floor of the house. It’s pretty neat to go get a drink or a bite of food and not have to take off the headset.I do have a complaint, but I think it’s pretty niche. Logitech calls it “sidecar”, but it’s essentially a built in “monitor” / “talkback” where the mic audio is sent to the headset speakers output so you can hear yourself. This was a deciding factor in me buying the headset, as I’m used to hearing my own voice in my headphones. I do some karaoke and vocal stuff with my pro audio equipment, and my only complaint is that the sidecar volume is low even when cranked to the max, about 1/3 to 1/2 the volume the headset can reach. It is also independent of your Windows volume and it’s not quick to adjust, but like I said that’s asking a lot and is fairly minor. There is one more complain but it’s related to the Logitech software that you use to configure this headset and the Logitech G915 TKL. It conflicts when using the two together, and certain, possibly obscure, settings on the headset keep getting overwritten when using this with that keyboard (sidecar is an example of that). I got around that by adjusting my settings to my liking and then uninstalling the software.

    Great choice
amazing, simply amazing. I had the corded version twice, but kept breaking the USB port on them. These wireless ones are great. Impressive battery life and amazing surround sound. Only drawbacks- Have to use the 1.5″ long adapter, can’t connect on standard Bluetooth. Adapter is a little to big to be comfortable on a laptop unless your using a tray or table. Also don’t like the fact they are not USB C for charging. But I am NOT dissapointed.

    Did not last!
So I purchased these back in Feb 2021. I’d like to start with the good. This is the MOST comfortable headset I’ve ever owned. I have a rather large head, and these are perfect. I really like the features of volume control, preset switching, etc… However, with these features comes many many flaws, and decreased longevity. Out of the box they were amazing! Precisely what I wanted. After four months, they started having issues. They would cut in, and out randomly. This was even with a full charge. Then came the crackling of the speakers. Around the sixth month mark the left speaker cut out completely, and the buttons to operate on the headset stopped working. I consulted numerous forums, updated drivers, even contacted Logitech themselves. After discussing the issues through a single simple e-mail, Logitech sent me a brand new pair at zero cost, not even requiring me send them the malfunctioning ones. At the time I felt it made it seemed they knew about these problems. So I figured they sent me a newer updated set, that was not prone to have these issues. Well I was wrong the new headset which I’ve had for a year now. Has become the bane of me. Like I said, I love the feel of this headset, and try to ignore some of the other issues such as the buttons not working, etc… But the newer sent head set after 9 months has started doing all the same issues as the first. I’ve gotten a year out of this head set, but even with the included time of the first, Total time of about 18 months for $150.00. I don’t believe these are very good. I have a old set of another manufacture’s headset, and it’s over 4 years old still works. Not the most perfect sound, but it does not cut out, does not stop working. I upgraded to have something newer. I went with Logitech, because I have numerous other products, mice, keyboards etc… that have lived up to the Logitech name time, and time again. However these feel like they are just not up to par. Sad to say, but I will not be buying another Logitech headset anytime soon. With rising cost of products, they need to last.

    Quality Product With Outstanding Warranty
My first pair of good gaming headphones was a pair of Logitech G933s. I loved them, I used and abused them for about 5 years before they fell apart (adhesive on headband failed, ratcheting mechanism on earmuff cracked, etc.) The build quality was good, I was just hard on them. For these headphones I cannot stress enough the importance of installing Logitech G Hub and setting up a custom EQ profile, especially if you want to use surround sound. When you leave the EQ flat on surround sound these headphones are extremely boomy and bass heavy. When the EQ profile is right these headphones sound great. The mic is clear, and the battery will last around 12 hours with the RGB off, 8-9 with it on. If you run out of battery, the included charging cable is long enough to facilitate charging while wearing the headset. The wireless range I can get is about 10-20 feet through the walls of my bedroom, enough to walk over to the adjacent kitchen and grab a snack while still participating in a call on Discord for example. After 8 months of service my current pair of G935s had an amplifier or the driver for the left ear fail. I called Logitech the next day during business hours, and in 23 minutes total (15 of which was waiting for approval) their agent was able to confirm they were sending a replacement headset. Logitech provides and stands by a 2 year warranty on these, and their claims process is easy and no hassle. Given how quickly they processed my warranty claim, these are still 5 stars despite the failure.
