Missing part
Even though it’s missing a part, they sent us the part and a partial refund. My grandson lives the chair, it fits him perfect! I really appreciate the communication and help resolving the missing part!

Easy to put together. My 12 yr old did it while I read him the instructions. The lights really make it special. There was no instructions on how to connect the lights but my 12 yr old figured that out while I was googling it lol. He is happy and excited over it. To me that rates it a 5 star! In the video the orange is really red in person.

Great gaming chair for grandson
Grandpa purchased for grandson. I found that I was impressed with the packaging, instructions and what it promised. I did have a problem assembling alining the screws from the back of the chair. Grandson will love it!!
