Excellent Monitor!
Amazing gaming monitor considering the price point and quality. I purchased it for my home office as a second monitor I have an ASUS pro 4k monitor NOT as bright and vivid colors like this one. If you are in to gaming and overall PC productivity buy it with confidence. Love how fast and responsive the refresh rate and image equality, color sharpness etc. 5 Stars all day long

Title: Great Budget 2K Gaming Monitor – Fast and Affordable!
The KTC Gaming Monitor is an excellent budget-friendly 2K monitor. The build quality isn’t the cheapest, and it feels solid overall. I tested it for gaming, and it performs really well—fast, smooth, and responsive. The colors are nice and vibrant, making it great for both gaming and everyday use. However, the VSync isn’t perfect—it claims to have it, but it doesn’t work as smoothly as expected. For the price, this is one of the best budget 2K monitors you can get. If you’re looking for an affordable, fast gaming monitor with decent colors, this is a great option. Highly recommended!

Solid performer
Ok. I purchased this monitor (H34S18S) back in August 2024. This is a solid monitor. Very good picture quality, immersive, wide color gamut, 4000: contrast ratio, and up to 165Hz.The wire cover at the back of the monitor is held securely in place via magnets. It works well. There are also 2 HDMI ports and 2 DP ports and one headphone jack. There are no KVM or USB hub. As far as aesthetics go, it isn’t a fancy looking monitor with a lot of crap tacked on it. There is a simple led ring at the back that randomly changes colors. It adds a nice touch without going over the top. There is an option to turn it off. Other than that. Very simple, clean look to it.Picture quality is impressive. I enjoy the 4000:1 contrast ratio. Blacks are deep and colors pop. That along with the 34″ ultrawide makes everything very immersive and enjoyable.I was skeptical about this monitor. What convinced me to purchase this monitor? After doing some research, it turns out that KTC has a long track record. They were around since 1995. The company is a well-known manufacturer of OEM panels. They sold panels to other known brands. All in All, I am very satisfied with my purchase. I hope KTC continues to keep focus on things like picture and build quality and not get too caught up with too much bloat.

Bang for your buck
This is the first monitor I’ve owned and I’m happy with it. Most 1440p monitors cost 180+ so finding this one for 130-140 was pretty sweet. I like the curved screen, it makes gaming feel immersive but at the same time i can barely tell its curved. It has a very bright screen and black equalize srtting so you can have perfect contrast during day or night. (I love gaming at night now because I actually see black in the shadows instead of a weak grey.) Has adjustable tilt up or down, freesync/gsync compatible, 10 bit color, hdr (works best w windows 10 hdr off.) I like MPRT mode which makes the screen a lot darker for night gaming, helps me keep the light down when my gf is sleeping so she isn’t bothered. The things I don’t like:The screen takes like 10-15 seconds to turn on, sometimes when I need to get into BIOS I will miss the mobo logo screen because the screen takes too long to show picture. So if you use your computer for work or ever have to rush onto your pc, dont get this monitor lol or just turn sleep mode off. whenever the screen times out, if you try to use the mouse in the same second to turn it back on, then it acts weird. The screen will alternate rgb on the screen (yes, solid colors) then I have to turn it off and back on. BUT If I wait like 2 seconds after the screen goes to sleep, then move the mouse, it will show up normal 100% of the time. This behavior is consistent & annoying but definitely avoidable if you just wait that little bit. I tested it many times and with a TV, so I know it’s not my pc. I haven’t had this problem since I bought it months ago, so I’ll give 4 instead of 3 stars because I genuinely have had a good experience w it & it’s very affordable with a coupon! If you’re a bang for your buck type of person like me, then just get it. There won’t be cheaper ones. I usually don’t do reviews but getting my setup & doing the research was a memorable experience. I hope it helps

Excellent quality for price
For a 2K monitor this is a great price. 27″ is the perfect size for me, but a 100Hz refresh rate is a touch untraditional. This is perfect for the new line of budget gaming GPUs which process 2K, maximum graphics at around 100fps. The image looks great, the monitor is easy to assemble, and enjoyable to game on.The current 250-400$ range of gaming GPUs pairs well with it. My Arc B580 GPU pairs extremely well with this monitor. If you’re purchasing it for office purposes, this is about the perfect blend between quality and price, but consider a cheaper 1080p monitor if graphical fidelity is not worth the money.

Working
Like others got a H27T27 but it seems like it’s the same thing anyway. The one thing I wanted was 2 HDMI inputs. Those plus display port allows 3 connections.PC looks good. Mac looks good.Need to adjust a few things but it’s decent and it’s a good deal. Not a fan of the power brick. May get a short extender. It’s not quite as nice out of the box as some higher end monitors but the panel itself is ok. Colors out of the box aren’t perfect but it’s not bad. Probably decent after some calibration but for this use case I’m not picky.A decent 27″ 2k monitor for the price. Bonus that it can do 100Hz refresh rate. Hoping it holds up for some years. 3yr warranty but hoping it’s not needed.

This monitor honestly shocked me. A high refresh rate 27″ monitor for $250 CAD had me skeptical but I must say I am amazed. The build quality and design are exceptional, but most importantly the screen is beautiful. The high refresh rate is like a breath of fresh air and the colour has incredible potential. Out of the box the colour is okay, but with a little bit of tweaking with the monitor and your PCs settings it becomes phenomenal. This is pretty much everything you could want in a gaming monitor.

The monitor was packaged well, and came with a display port cable which i wasn’t expecting but did need. The build quality is good, stand is sturdy aluminum with powder coated paint, and i like that i could use a 3rd party monitor stand if required for additional adjustment. Assembly was quick as i needed to install 2 screws, tools required were included in packaging.Coming from a 28″ 1080P monitor upgrading to this took me a bit of time to adjust my eyes, but after a while i really enjoyed the size and curved aspect of the monitor as the image at the corners are not distorted as the screen is normal to your eyes. Colors are vibrant, and the refresh rate is more than sufficient for me.Highly recommend, and would buy again.

For under 200$, I like this 27″ 1440p 180Hz KTC monitor. Before purchasing, I was comparing it with more popular brands but I decided on this brand as it had reviews giving this really good marks. I would say it does punch above its price bracket and it performs nicely as expected. With a capable graphics card I think it can go up to 180Hz refresh rate, but my setup only goes to 144Hz with the Display Port which still gives a nice visual feel. Based on an objective review I read, the monitor needs a bit of a parameter tune up to attain the correct colors and it is easily done. Cons: I found a dead pixel, but it is so far into a corner of the screen that I do not notice it. The original base mount is not height adjustable, but I have it mounted on a vesa desk frame and it sits much higher than oem. The bezel is not as thin as I thought it would be, it is around 7-8mm compared to the frame that is only 2mm thick. Finally I do see that it is a little bit dimmer on the bottom corners compared to the top corners and this is somewhat common from other online reviews. Overall I am still satisfied with this monitor and I recommend it.

It’s an amazing monitor for only $100, and it’s actually 100hz. Everything was working as it should and the colours are really good for its price. Apart from not having speakers, its performance is outstanding and I highly recommend it to those looking for a great budget monitor.

It’s an 120 or 80 dollar cad on sale screen what can I say. it doesn’t look bad or amazing and it displays discord and Spotify while doing tomfoolery in game well. My one complaint is the included monitor cable came a bit short like cmon it’s 2025 we need a 6 footer.
