Blue Screened on 1st restart
Saw a review mentioning coming with pre-installed malware, so ran Windows Defender to scan it myself — the scan wouldn’t complete and the computer blue-screened. After that, it never managed to boot up again. Incredibly disappointed with this purchase.

Very good Mini-PC but be aware
I got this Mini-PC to replace the first Mini-PC I got from KAMRUI in 2022 and just failed. That model with a Core i7 CPU is no longer available. I checked in the comments/descriptions and was sure that this model had the ability to add a 2.5″ SATA SSD internally, like my prior model. This because the 2.5″ SSD from the prior model still works and has my extended Data on it. When I got and set up this new Mini-PC, I found that it does not support installing an Internal 2.5″ SSD. I was disappointed, but my work around is to get a housing for the 2.5″ SSD and connect it to the new Mini-PC via USB. This is a very nice Mini-PC and I use it for my home Office. I just hope that it lasts for more than the 2 years that the prior model lasted.

This pc cannot run games at 1080p and has a bunch on stuttering issues downloaded the drivers for the ryzen cpu and it will not work as advertised
