You know what you are getting with this game. It is fun, but no different than the previous years outside of new music. My wife enjoys playing it, and my kids do too when they are in the mood.

this can’t be used on XBOX One
We can’t find any information about how to use this on Xbox One. We have looked on the Microsoft website, the xbox website, and the Amazon website. We can’t figure out what controllers will work with it, if any. The return policy says it cannot be returned, but since we can’t use it, it was a complete waste of money. Nowhere in the description does it say what controllers are needed to make it work, so there is no way for us to have understood that we wouldn’t be able to use it. Highly disappointed in Amazon.

If I was reviewing this just dance 2022 when it came out I would have given it 4 stars. unfortunately it’s now 10/2023 and just dance 2023 and just dance 2024 are available for purchase with a new subscription service just dance + to replace just dance unlimited.As of now just dance + has over 300 songs while just dance unlimited has over 700 songs. With just counting how many songs you can dance to, you would think it would be best to get just dance 2022 since it’s only compatible with the just dance unlimited subscription.just dance unlimited is no longer available on just dance 2022 and probably all the older just dance games. You can only dance to the 40 songs that come with the game. I’ve taken a picture to show that after kids mode in just dance 2022 it’s completely blank where the just dance unlimited songs should be.Please make sure you do NOT buy just dance unlimited because while they have removed it from the game it’s still available to purchase on the game.In my opinion, they should not have disabled just dance unlimited until they get all the songs transferred to just dance +.If you want to buy a just dance game, it would be best to as of now to get just dance 2024, since it’s compatible with the new subscription service just dance + and has a workout mode and challenge mode, which is not in just dance 2023.

Yes, you read that right, your child HAS TO BE HOLDING A SMART PHONE WHILE DANCING FOR THIS GAME TO WORK….This game is just plain stupid. Your child has to have a smart phone, and IT IS REQUIRED TO HOLD THE PHONE WHILE YOU DANCE. Think that through, it has a dance version for little kids, and it requires them to HOLD A PHONE WHILE DANCING….? So my five year old needs to hold my $1000 phone while dancing…?????This game is the result of bad game designers and poor project management. Who in their right mind would make a child holding a phone while dancing a requirement?!?!?! Mind you, what about the folks who do not own a smart phone? Or, those who do not want a five year old jumping around with a $1000 phone in their hand???Save yourself the trouble, and skip this game. It is HOT GARBAGE…. Its the video game version of DiWHY?
