Great computer for the price
Bought this for my son who is a “gamer.” The teen loves to game. It was easy to set up and get in use. We first hooked it up to a 65in Sony TV until his monitor arrived a day later and it even rocked on the TV. The RGB is cool but not obnoxious so. It can power whatever he has played so far. He said some parts can lag…but that’s our wifi. He hard wired it and has had no issues. Great computer for the price. TBH it’s below what the price point could have been. The computer could prolly go for more like $700 or so on FB market place. I’m gonna buy another one for his sister who is on the cusp of computer driven games.

Good product, but bad communication with the seller – TAKE BACK!!!!
I was looking for a PC to game with and wanted 32GB RAM. Yes, 16 will run any game today, but 32 will run some of them better. I contacted the seller to see what the model was since all the description said was “Pro Tower.” I was wanting to go ahead and order the RAM as the cost of this system and the RAM added was still less than the ones I saw with 32GB RAM while keeping this graphics card. Rather than give me the model like I asked they just told me it would only handle 16GB RAM. I replied that I would still like the model number, that I found it hard to believe any computer system made after 2010 would only allow for 16GB. I found out the CPU models from someone in the Q&A section (buyers answered them, seller did not) and according to Intel, the CPU would support 32GB RAM. After a couple messages they did tell me the model number and looking it up online I saw that it would do 32GB total, that the 16GB was the dual channel limits, but there are two sets. So I ordered 4 sticks of 8GB and when I fired it up, it recognized all 32 and my Windows System app shows 31.7 available. The computer is really nice. The SSD main drive is fast. The GPU is good. By itself it was almost as much this whole setup. So overall I am happy with the product, but a bit disappointed in the knowledge of the seller about the product. I shouldn’t have had to ask for the model more than once. It should have been listed on the technical/details portion of the listing. But in the end, I have what I want and it is working well. The rest was just a minor annoyance.—————————————————————————————A major annoyance now. I spent all weekend setting up my programs and porting over files and it was working great. And then Monday morning when I turned it on, blank monitors. I can hook a monitor up to the VGA port on the motherboard and it comes on, but the dedicated graphics card is dead. They are sending me a replacement, hopefully this one won’t go kaput quite so quickly…..—————————————————————————————-Got the replacement unit in and the GPU wasn’t even inserted into the PCI-E slot. When I went to plug in my monitor the entire card slid forward. I seated the card but the unit wouldn’t power up. Not even a wimper. So, I am returning this one for a refund and am done with this shop.

Great Price
At first, I was hesitant to purchase a refurbished computer. I have changed my mind as I purchased this computer that works like new. In addition, Amazon provides a great warranty option to ease concerns about the computer not working properly or product issues. I bought this for my son; he’s enjoying playing his games without any lag time. The graphics card and processor work great. I recommend considering the option to purchase a refurbished computer to save money.

Great value if you don’t mind a fixer-upper
I needed an inexpensive computer that was capable of running higher-end GFX intensive software, such as art and video editing. The product description mentions a 1-year parts and labor warranty, and I really hope they are standing by that. For starters, the packing instructions tell you to remove the packing foam inside the PC before setting up, and to keep it in case you have to send it back. Mine did not come with this piece of foam, and I suspect (possibly cynically; this is the internet age after all) this might be a pre-emptive attempt to wriggle out of those warranty obligations. But it could have just as easily been someone skipping steps on a Friday or something. In my case, the PC runs as expected; performance-wise it meets and in some cases exceeds expectations. I suspect part of that is because I’m not using the wifi/BT “feature” they advertised. They accomplish this with a USB thingy; I didn’t bother with it as I see no point in putting a desktop/tower on a network using anything other than an ethernet cable, and I don’t actually NEED Bluetooth on a non-portable device. But a few others are reporting issues with performance and, yeah, that tracks. I can’t imagine that piping a network AND BT connectivity through a single USB port is going to be anything other than janky. Speaking of advertised features, I mention only for the sake of completion that the included KB/mouse I received is definitely different from the one illustrated. They work, but they have an air of “baby’s first gaming PC” about them. I already have a preferred gaming style keyboard and mouse, so I’m not bothered by it.The only real problem I have to report from initial setup, is the CPU fan. Mine buzzes loudly about 40% of the time that it’s on, and even at it’s quietest you can hear rattling. My guess is it either wasn’t a spring chicken when they put it in, or something got knocked loose during shipping (again, interior foam piece was missing). This also tracks with some of the issues being reported by other 1-star and 2-star reviews. What I will say is, I chose to roll the dice on this particular refurb because I have a long history of working with refurbished HP computers, and my finding is that they can take a beating. If this tower makes it through the warranty period needing only a replacement CPU fan, I’ll be happy with the purchase. But I can’t in good conscience give a 5-star review.
