Plenty of storage. Relatively fast processor. Lots of RAM. No optical drive. Runs cool. Quiet. Needs new drivers for almost everything because of Win11. The box it came in did not have any user manual or even a quick set up sheet. In fact, the only paperwork (manual) was for a WIN97 machine. At first, it did not work with WIFI. The machine is great. The wifi issue was drivers for the windows 11. I stumbled across one on the internet. Works perfect. Nothing was plug and play. Lots of searching for new drivers. Transferring all my data programs and files only took a few minutes. I used something called PC mover and it was just a matter of a few clicks. It runs multiple monitors and the drivers that came with provide a noticeably clear picture with my old monitors. I like it.

The faceplate on this machine is not what is shown. It is a replacement not made for this item. There was no serial number on the device to register it with HP. There was no link to HP during the setup. This item appears to be a refurb, not new. There was no documentation in the box showing the product ID or serial number.

There is no valid serial or model number on this HP Pavilion desktop tower that HP recognizes!
I cannot register this computer with HP in order to receive any support assistance because it has no model or serial number recognized by HP.
