Just what we needed
We were in need of a desktop and this was just within our budget. The setup was easy and fast. The desktop itself is lighting fast and has not presented us with any issues this far.

This was returned for a refund
This system was purchased to replace an MS Surface, used in a back bedroom with internet via WiFi. The first install/setup went straight forward with all Windows 11 Pro and other updates were made up to and including version 24H2. The next morning the system WiFi was not recognized so it was unusable. Selecting the ‘Show available networks’ option no longer revealed the Public/Private options and the established networks (used successfully by the Surface and other PCs). I tried an OS reinstall to no avail. I did go to Best Buy and buy a USB WiFi adapter, which I was able to use erratically. This was reported to WOWPC Support who gave me the options of returning this system for either a replacement or a refund. I took the refund. All the years of installing PCs at home have never ended like this.

Very compact, slim, and easy to set up and get going. Bright clean screen. Lightweight and well built. My only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because it came with WIRED keyboard and mouse. Haven’t had one of those things since 2020!

Extremely loud fan noise
The computer itself looks nice and seems highly functional. However, the very first thing I noticed was the humming noise. I tried adjusting the power settings and followed all the YouTube tutorials, but the humming noise continued. Returning. If I get a replacement and it lacks the nauseating fan noise I will change my rating.

When my desktop decided to take 2020 to heart and just die I freaked out. I use my computer for work and so it dying left me in a bad head space. Enter this amazing HP All-In-One desktop. I took it out of the box plugged it in and within 30mins it was up and running. The SD insert on the bottom is amazing, Theater quality sound if you’re someone to likes to watch movies and or TV shows on your desktop this is the computer for you.
