Our Mission Statement
Take out the classic consoles and get them set up in the simplest way for modern displays that are omitting old cable hookups.
This is an affordable & convenient option to get good video quality when it comes to retro gaming.
Go back and experience all the things you missed as a kid: the games, the consoles, the controllers.
NOTE: Console Compatibility
1. GameCube:
(1) Our 3-in-1 HDMI cable can work with US/JP NTSC GameCube.
(2) Our 3-in-1 HDMI cable can’t work with UK/Euro/Australia PAL GameCube due to the lack of S-Video output.
But PAL GameCube can output RGB signals natively, that means our HDMI cable for SNES (www.amazon.com/dp/B07MYX9JLM) also can work well with PAL GameCube.
2. N64:
(1) Our 3-in-1 HDMI cable can work with US/JP NTSC N64.
(2) Our 3-in-1 HDMI cable can work with all charcoal/dark grey UK/Euro/Australia PAL N64, but it can’t work with special edition colored and Pokemon PAL N64 consoles due to the lack of S-Video output.
3. SNES:
Our 3-in-1 HDMI cable can work with all the SNES consoles (001 Model, not 101 Model) no matter of the regions.
Manual Adjustment on TV
This cable has been specifically calibrated for GameCube/N64/SNES.
However, final output doesn’t only depend on the cable quality but the games you are playing and television quality.
Try to adjust the backlight, brightness, dynamic setting or other parameters on TV if you want to improve the display more.
Maximum Compatibility with Trending Displays
Native resolution from GameCube/N64/SNES is upscaled to 720P for best matching with current HDMI standard.
MicroUSB Cable Usage
Included MicroUSB cable should be plugged to wipe away image issues and power up if you see the image distortion while gaming or feel the abnormal heat from back of console.
So it’s recommended.
Length
Adapter: 1 ft; HDMI cable: 6 ft; MicroUSB cable: 6 ft.

    Great customer service. Great product.
My first shipment was defective and without a fuss and at no additonal cost they immediately replaced it. New one works like a charm! Clean images and sound. Been rocking Mario Kart Double Dash on my flatscreen like it’s 2003!

  2. Amazon Customer

    Works great as advertised!
Came with all cords necessary including hdmi and power cable with USB end. Love the fact I can switch aspect ratio so I can get the old school square feel if my mood deems necessary. Honestly don’t know why it needs a power cable, seems to work just fine with power from the console. Tried on my snes and n64 and both function just fine with it. Took less than 30 seconds to hook up without need of instructions. Picture looks fantastic and the only lag I noticed is the first little bit of the intro which can be resolved by hitting reset on the console if it really bugs you not being able to hear the first 2 seconds. Works really well for the price and the card that came with it says it has a 1 year warranty. Used it for 10 hours straight today with no issue, no lag during gameplay (audio or video). Would definitely purchase another if a friend needed one or something. Thank you to this company for giving me the ability to replay my classic games on my newer TV. I could go on and on about how well this product works, but I think you get the gist!

  3. Amazon Customer

    Great Product and Customer Service
The first adapter, I ordered was defective. I emailed the seller and they sent me a replacement at no extra cost to me. Great customer service and communication. The new adapter works great and is easy to set up. Great for a new TV, to hook up your old game systems and play those classic games. Picture and sound are great.

Great budget option; good for computer monitors.
Let me start by saying that mine arrived with an audio issue. The right audio channel would intermittently cut out. I contacted LevelHike and got a replacement without hassle, so this comes with some great customer service.Overall, this isn’t the best way to convert your consoles to HDMI, but I think it’s unbeatable for the price. Sound quality is pretty good, except for a slight static sound when no audio is playing. The image quality varies by console. I would say it’s quite good for SNES. It’s a little blurry for N64, but acceptable. For GameCube, the image was pretty dark for me even if I adjusted my display settings.I like that it’s an adapter that plugs into HDMI rather than the entire thing being an HDMI cable itself. The 4:3/16:9 switch is fantastic to have if you’re using a display that doesn’t have aspect ratio settings (I’m using a computer monitor personally). It comes with a USB cable for power but it worked without it and I didn’t notice a difference. I’m guessing it’s for situations where the HDMI connection does not deliver enough power from the display. If you want the best image quality, you will need different cables for each console, some very expensive adapters, and/or to mod the video output of your consoles. This just plugs in and works. I highly recommend this if you want to connect 3 different consoles to HDMI on a budget, and especially if your display does not have aspect ratio settings.

    Great customer service!
First unit I received was defective but replacement unit arrived less than 48 hours later and works like a charm. Love that my kids can play my old N64 now

HDMI only $29.99 for Retro Nintendo Gaming! Awesome Value!
I love the HDMI Cable for Nintendo GameCube, Nintendo 64 N64, Super Nintendo SNES Console (3-In-1) from LevelHike and it is only $29.99 to work with all 3 consoles! One of the great decisions LevelHike made was packaging a separate HDMI cable, instead of having it built all-in-one – this allows you to use another HDMI cord should this one ever fail or if you have one you want to use. This also comes with a USB cord to provide necessary power for the cable to work on your TV or monitor. These older consoles may or may not have enough power to generate it to the cable, so I was able to plug in into my TV’s USB port. If your TV does not have a USB port, you can plug the USB end into a phone charging plug to provide power.I used this on all original, non-modded hardware. I used this on an Super Nintendo Entertainment System, a Nintendo 64, and a Nintendo Gamecube. The colors for me pop a lot brighter on the tv for each of these systems, without washing out the colors, or oversaturating anything, video and picture looks sharp, and reading text is so much clearer. I have heard about “Reds” being too red or too bright, but I did not notice that on any of my playthrough on any of the game I tested; I think it may just all depend on how the brightness and other TV settings are set on your TV. There is virtually no lag from the controller to the screen. This was tested on a 2016 LG 55B6P OLED TV and a TCL 55R625 TV.Going from composite on an HDTV to an HDMI connection is night and day. The composite connection is much darker, blurrier, less aesthetically pleasing to the eye, and it is not an output HDTVs want. They were meant for CRT TVs and monitors and that is where they should stay. Using this 3-in-1 cable makes games look and play much better on HDTVs. A 16:9 and a 4:3 switch is built-in. Mine was defaulted at 16:9, but I quickly changed it to 4:3 to give it the original aspect ratio for most of these games, especially on SNES and N64. 4:3 aspect ratio works and looks great! This 3-in-1 brings back that feeling of what we remember them looking like when we were kids, playing them for the first time. For those that never got the experience when these consoles and games first released, you should enjoy your time as well. Just plug and play, no modding necessary! I love the value I get out of this cable and to be able to play my games on original hardware and without having to have a cord for each system. We know how annoying it is to have too many cords or to get cords tangled and having to fight with untangling them. Here I can just put away or set aside on console and plug the cable into the back of the next console. The Super Nintendo games look great! There are brighter and sharper video and images. This cable does not mess up the audio. A lot of retro gaming clone consoles will mess up and make a lot of audio not sound like their original hardware counterparts. The audio sounds great like what you will remember when playing these games through composite cables on a CRT TV. I played Super Mario Bros through the Super Mario All-Stars collection, Super Mario World, Donkey Kong Country, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Tournament Fighters. They all look great and respond well to the controller. I used an original SNES controller while playing these games. Virtually no lag (virtually being, these consoles were designed in mind to use on CRTs with their original equipment, so going from CRT to HDTV, there is going to be a slight delay.)To me, I noticed the biggest difference on the Nintendo 64 going from composite to HDMI. I think that has to do with the 64 only ever having a maximum resolution of 240p and the lack of RGB support, so having the cable convert a signal and upscale the video and image to a 1080p or 4K screen makes a huge difference. Going from a 16-bit SNES to a polygonal N64 is where I noticed the biggest difference using this cable. Playing games on here look much clearer – a non-modded Nintendo 64 will never look pristine, but it is so much more worth playing and looking at the screen with this cable. I can read text much easier, see fewer jaggies, have brighter colors, things are sharper, and I just enjoy my time playing games. I used the Retro Fighters Brawler 64 controller when playing these games with this cable. The Nintendo Gamecube is “new” to me. I have very little experience playing games on it, as I played more on Xbox, Dreamcast, and some PS2. I really only dabbled in one of the Mario Party Games back in 2005 and nothing else really. The Gamecube never got the love from me, but I am now glad to have one. Only a couple games I have, so I am very unfamiliar with it. I have both of the Star Wars Rogue Squadron games; they are highly recommended from people and Rogue Squadron II from me. It is taking time to get used to the controls and the gameplay, but the video quality and sound quality is beautiful. Again, seeing the text go from blurry to so much clearer is so much easier on the eyes and that blurriness translates into other assets within the game, not just text. I played using the original wireless Wavebird Controller.I look forward to continue playing games this way and will look to obtain more LevelHike products in the future. I would like to try out their cable for the Genesis, as I actually only can play using the original cable plug. As I keep playing, I hope to update this review in the future with more positive updates. This is only $29.99! It is a great value for anyone looking to get back into the retro gaming with the original hardware or whether this is your first time. Yes, there are much more expensive options out there for cables or modding that can help improve the experience you get. However, that is up to the individual if you want to spend that much more (anywhere from $70 to at least $400, depending on your system) that may “break the bank.” It’s an awesome, affordable, and just plug and play option to use, which is something we can’t say with most new generations of consoles. No downloading updates, patches, or installing the games. Do you have 10-20 minutes? Play a round of Mario Kart 64, see how far you can get in Super Mario Bros, see how many of The Foot you can beat up in Turtles in Time, blast your way to destroy the Death Star in Star Wars and be the Hero like Luke Skywalker. Have fun! Enjoy gaming!

Not only is the picture quality better than using composite cables to an HDMI adapter, it also fixed a lot of input lag for our previous setup. Great product!

I own an original Super Famicom system and an N64 NTSC J model that are both modified. My HD Tv supports scart for composite signals but wanted a better picture quality for N64. Composite signals on HD tvs lead to pixel separation which make games with 3d graphics look untidy, shooters and racing games are a bit unbearable because it’s hard to see long distance. The cheap HDMI adapters loose brightness and contrast, which makes Doom 64 unplayable but decent enough for SNES. I could still use the composite lead for that but wanted to see if I could get a better experience with N64 hardware. Doom 64 looked great even though I had to adjust the brightness and contrast on my TV and in dark areas I could find switches even though it’s a bit darker than composite, the crosshair on Goldeneye was more solid making it easier to aim. Mario kart 64 looked amazing. This adapter doesn’t upscale, but it does clean the picture quality up more than analogue signal and SNES games looked twice as better. Sometimes the audio is absent when turning on but moving the aspect ratio switch back and forth fixes it.I did some further testing, this adapter is not compatible with PAL region. Works with NTSC only.

the first one didnt work and was a shame. But was sent another cable and that one works perfect!Thank you! Will be buying from this company again and great customer service.

  10. Alex Heavens

The image is a bit offset, but it’s quite playable and definitely one of the simpler set ups for anyone using a monitor or a TV without RCA ports.Plugs into HDMI, so you will need an HDMI audio extractor if your are feeding it into a monitor rather than a TV.

  11. Mark

42$. Came the next day. And it made playing the GameCube look mint on the newer TVs! Was actually super surprised at how clean it looks with this. The store by my place was selling it for 65$ for def a good snag.
